This is probably the most asked for drink we make. Its the best for a hangover and also makes a great drink early in the day ;--) or anytime for that matter. It makes a gallon so be prepared to share. We serve them with a stalk of celery and a skewer with an olive a cheese chunk and a pepperoni chunk. We don't make them very spicy because everyone likes different levels of heat. You can always add more heat to your glass. If you like them hot use peppered vodka or just up the dashes of hot sauce. We call it a meal in a glass, with a kick. (I've also occasionally added lime juice, a lime wedge or even horseradish to these, based on customer request.)

I really don't even know how to describe this. It is something my mother in law made when my DH was a young boy. My 2 yr old loves it and it is basically a very cheap, and farily quick casserole. My DH acually calls it Ragatainy (whatever that is). I didn't see anything else like it on here so I thought what the heck. By the way, I'm not a measuring type cook (learned from the best grandmothers on earth) so I'm doing my best by the measurements below.

My mom gave me this recipe years ago. I don't think I've ever made this and not had someone ask for the recipe. I have had more "Can you make your cheese ball?" requests than I care to count. I don't really mind though because it is super easy for a party and mighty tastey.
