A fast throw it together recipe using store bought ingredients. A time saver in that you can prep all the ingredients in advance. Throw in the chips at the last minute, mix and bake.

    Recipe #356394

Another recipe I developed over time. This is a great way to get the kids to eat veggies. It is so versatile too. You can add any fresh veggies to get a totally different meatball. If you use squash instead of cabbage you get a very succulent meatball. You can use breadcrumbs instead of oatmeal, but I use it because it is so much healthier. The best thing about this recipe is I just throw it together. I sometimes use it over noodles or rice with a sauce. These are great for leftover sandwiches!--

    Recipe #356376

I got this from my brother-in-law a couple of years ago. It is so delicious and is far superior to a prepared box mix. I am 57 yrs old so that tells you how old this recipe could be. :P *We don't usually keep buttermilk - so, I put a tbsp of vinegar in regular milk to sour it.

    Recipe #356372

Simple and tasty. One of my favorite recipes. I developed this over time to include the flavor combination I like. Just adding to my personal collection.

    Recipe #356365

This is an old recipe from the kids Paternal Grandmother, that I like best because it is so tasty and yet so easy to make. You can use a 1 lb. bag of coleslaw veggies to simplify this recipe. I've had this recipe since 1972 and have used it for those meals when time is short. Great to make the night before.

    Recipe #325111

I got the basics for recipe this from Big Daddy's House or Aaron McCargo on FN. I have hunted for a recipe I really liked and found that I only needed to eliminate a couple of ingredients from his recipe to suit our personal taste. YUM!--

    Recipe #325025

My Great Aunt used this recipe and handed it down to my Mother. It is a staple in the Fall and Winter around my house.
