This recipe comes from the Gluten Free Gourmet: Living Well without Wheat cookbooks by Bette Hagman and while I am NOT living a gluten free life, it is absolutely DELICIOUS! It is light and airy and the perfect ending to a meal...or the beginning of your day....or for a snack! I'm posting so I don't lose it again!
Start the sauce the day before you intend on making the meatballs. This is a recipe that follows the guidelines for Phase 2 eating on the HcG diet. It takes a while, but it was VERY yummy! This recipe covers your vegetable, meat and bread (some versions of the HcG allow for an additional vegetable)
This is a recipe that is for Russian Blintze. I wanted to make blintze for my Russian foreign exchange student, Evelina, using Recipe #346640 but Evelina (who claims she does not know how to cook) tweaked it into something else. So here is a Russian recipe that my lovely exchange daughter learned to make in America!
Note: Cooking time is per blintze
A vinegar based recipe great for pulled meat sandwiches. Is thin and NOT sweet which is why Mikey, my DH, likes it! All measurements are approximate, no measuring spoons were used in the making of this recipe (although measuring cups were). Very mild as is, spice it up with hotsauce and more black pepper
