    Vegetarian Pizza, easy and good. I am adding this so I can get the calorie content as the original recipe doesn't contain it. I found this in a magazine years back and have made it many times. I think it is pretty tasty. I like to get the pre-made pizza dough from Trader Joes

    Great meatless meal or cut up and saute a chicken breast or two to switch it up. I created this recipe myself tonight. Sounded like a good blend so decided to try it. Putting it down to save , but thought I would share as well. I served this with garlic bread . It would be good with a green salad as well. I like to season with Mrs. Dash low sodium seasoning as we are trying to watch our sodium. I also use Smart balance Buttery Spread in place of the butter. Amounts are just estimates. You can add more or less of what you like for your own taste.

    A Great Light tasting Salsa . Great with Chicken, Fish or Tortilla Chips (both baked or fried). Calorie friendly and easy to make. I adapted this by trying to recreate my grocery stores fresh Salsa. Tastes just like it and very easy to make. Use Fresh Mango's when available or you can sometimes buy frozen at speciality stores like Trader Joes.

    This is a really yummy Chicken & noodle casserole. Especially good , if you love sauteed mushrooms as I do. I got this recipe from about.com .I highly recommend . Simple, easy and good. I served it with garlic bread and it would be great with a salad too. I used about a breast and a half of left over boneless breast chicken from fried chicken the night before. I omitted the pimientos .
