I recently started a diet, and my fat grams per meal are important. This is a quick, tasty recipe using just a few ingredients. It is really good to be so low in fat! Squash is not a favorite of some of my family, but they all enjoyed this dish.
This is a simple, easy potato salad. I made the recipe myself. I used Light Mayonnaise (35 cal. & 3.5 g of fat per T.). It's better after it chills completely, but if you need to sneak some it's not bad right after you mix it. :)
If you want a variation, you can substitute part of the lt. mayo for lt. or fat-free sour cream.
This is a quick and simple way to make baked beans. Using bacon on top is optional. You can substitute pancake syrup for the molasses, but I prefer using the molasses. This is also an easy recipe to double.
This is a type of potato casserole. You microwave it, so it's quick. I got a variation of this from my aunt a very long time ago and changed a couple of things to make it better for my family. If you don't have the bacon (or time to use it) skip it. It'll still be good.
