    Recipe #379833

This is an easy home made cake with a delicious crunchy topping on a super moist cake! It is not super sweet but rather you taste the cocoa. People tend to put to much of the toppings on, big mistake stick to the recipe amounts! Dates are some times hard to find, so I order my chopped dates on line in 8oz pks. Dromedary are my favorite, but Sun Maid , or Dole are good too.Enjoy!

    Recipe #373084

This is a wonderful fluffy Omelet. You can add a variety of fillings. My husbands favorite is simply cheddar cheese and green scallions. When I have company, I put out bowls of different fillings like diced bell peppers, mushrooms, red onion, etc.and I let them choose there own. Great way for kids to feel included and also get their veggies! (5 Lg Eggs makes two large portions, or three medium portions) Have fun and enjoy!

    Recipe #376168

    Low Cal summer treat!

    Recipe #372915

This is a wonderful holiday side dish that we always have in our family. It is like mashed sweet potatoes with a sweet and crunchy topping. If you like sweet potatoes, it will be a must at your house too! And remember sweet potatoes are so good for you too!

    Recipe #373140

Beets are a great tasting veggie that is so overlooked. I love it by itself or in Crock pot stews. This recipe is just simply beets baked and delicious!

    Recipe #377488

I wanted to try something different last Christmas, and a friend had me try this. It is amazing !!! I made a double batch after the first and froze it in dinner portions. Just thaw and serve as a side any time ! Adults and kids love it ! Great mix of sweet and sour and nutty.

    Recipe #451286

Sometimes, eggplant flesh can taste bitter, but that's easily remedied. Simply slice the eggplant, place it in a colander in layers, and salt it. Place the colander over the sink -the salt will draw out the bitterness. After about 20 minutes, blot eggplant with a paper towel. When shopping, choose firm, darkly shiny, unbruised eggplant.

    Recipe #394315

A wonderful slightly sweet and crisp cookie ! Some times we add chocolate chips for the kids, but I prefer if plain.

    Recipe #497614

Yummy and super moist, you wont miss the old high calorie ones! My son's favorite is Red Velvet Cake and Cupcakes! I little bit of work, but well worth it!

    Recipe #373167

This crunchy, sweet & spicy slaw is vinegar based, no Mayo. and also gluten, dairy, and egg free. And if you don't want to shred the cabbage, just pick up the ready made version at the grocery store - two 1 pound bags are just enough.

    Recipe #497781

A nice dense moist swirled coffee cake, not to sweet. Recipe makes two cakes

    Recipe #451231

You wont miss that old tuna and mayo, this is a great fresh healthy alternative. And it is fun and different. Serves 4, four rolls per person, Lettuce of your choice, I like Romaine, or Boston lettuce.
