I don't love turkey, and I don't like turkey soup. So what do you do with all the leftovers? Make "chicken" soup! I froze all my turkey in one-cup increments and make this soup. My kids love the taste, I love the simplicity, and my turkey gets used.
A happy accident! Making cookies for a family party, I didn't have enough coconut, so I substituted some raisins. The results were so good the family still asks for them, including my father-in-law. He doesn't even like coconut!
A slightly higher fiber version of Choc. Chip Oatmeal Cookies (Recipe #65568). I like to add half wheat flour for higher fiber, more whole grains, and to make them more satisfying. That way I eat less at a time!
