We have tried many, many recipes for Coconut Cream Pie and we believe that this is the absolute best and the easiest! The difference is that the coconut is toasted before it is added in the pie and on the top. I got this originally from the Nancyland Recipe Newsletter

    Recipe #495771

A friend from Beaumont, TX (whose name also happens to be Linda,) gave this to me recently. She is famous for it, and she shared it with me........so, now, I am passing it on to all of you! Enjoy it!

    Recipe #419992

St. Martin's is my favorite, quiet, romantic, restaurant in Dallas. The Champagne Brie Soup is one of their signature items. It is like velvet. St. Martin's is also nice enough to post the recipe on their web site. I wanted to be sure that I posted it and "advertised" it here too, so that even folks who do not live in Dallas can enjoy it!

    Recipe #419935

This recipe is from a e-mail / newsletter that I receive from the Eagle Brand Folks. I started making this about 3 years, ago, and you look like a professional with these things. They are so incredibly easy, but look SO impressive. Win / WIN! Everyone loves these things.......and they have Eagle Brand Milk....how can you go wrong. Just FYI, Eagle Brand actually makes fat free version. It tastes the same too! How do they do that? :)

    Recipe #419819

This is DH's favorite! He asks for this over and over again whenever I ask for a dessert idea.

    Recipe #377585

I got this off the Internet a couple of years ago, and I misplace it from time to time and panic. So, I want to be sure to finally submit this, and always be able to find it! It says on the original that is is a recipe from Specialty Bakers in Marysville, PA. This is really terrific, easy, and VERY impressive when you serve it for Company. I have made this over and over. Enjoy it!

    Recipe #377576

This is directly off the side of the box of the Pillsbury refrigerated pie crusts. (The roll out kind) This one NEVER fails, and has a "real version" and an each shortcut version. THANK YOU PILLSBURY!

    Recipe #304896

We had this as one of the samples while visiting Central Market here is Dallas. (I call that place the "Disneyland of Food." ) This recipe calls for a head of Cosmos lettuce, but I just use a l lb bag of baby spinach. It is pretty.....Next time, I plan to throw in some other berries and perhaps some mandarin oranges too. The combination of everything with the Feta and nuts is a great combination, IMHO, of course.

    Recipe #303929

The recipe for this came from a close friend of ours and we make it a LOT simply because we cannot find one that we like more. I posted it here exactly as the original recipe was written.I have asked her for the recipe at LEAST a dozen times, and now that it is out on the site I will be able to find it! The type of "leaf" does not matter. I usually make it with fresh spinach.......using a 16 oz bag. You can also sub chopped macademia nuts, for the sesame seeds. Some times I throw in some crumbled Feta cheese too! The oranges really make it look pretty!

    Recipe #303921

All the basic food groups represented in this one! Chocolate, coconut, nuts, rum and coffee! I found this on another site a couple of years ago, but, I keep loosing my paper copy and have to get it out here so I can always find it, and for everyone else to enjoy! This is a BIG family favorite....especially for my sister-in-law Glenda. She is disappointed when I don't make it for family gatherings. You will LOVE this.
