My family is from San Francisco, so of course, the turkey stuffing I was raised on, and love with a passion, is made from sourdough bread. This is a super simple recipe and the flavor is amazing.

This sauce was originally for a butterscotch pumpkin cake (Recipe #20459) by Nestle, but it makes a wonderful sauce for any number of baked goodies.

I just came up with this idea over the weekend. I was playing with some scraps leftover from making butter cookie cut-outs. I made a small pinch into a cube and wondered if I could bake them up into little cookie croutons. Well, it worked! We ate them on top of ice cream and some pie, but I'm sure there are a bunch of other uses you could come up with. I used a butter cookie recipe from Emeril Lagasse.

This is my Dad's recipe. It was a happy accident. One day while barbecuing ribs, he ran low on his rib sauce, so he added in some of the bbq sauce he usually used on chicken. A legend was born! The trick to this sauce is to make the two sauces separately and then add them together. This sauce should be used as a mop/baste while barbecuing, as cooking it brings out all the wonderful flavors. This recipe makes a good deal of bbq sauce. Leftover sauce keeps well in the fridge and can also be frozen for later.

This recipe is simple yet wonderful... my favorite combination!

I was raised in San Francisco and have fun memories of going down to China Town with my Dad and chowing down on steamed pork buns that we had gotten from one of the ubiquitous Chinese bakeries there. This recipe brings back those memories every time. These steamed buns are simply wonderful.

I know what you're thinking... "What's so special about having mushrooms with salisbury steak?". Well my friend, let me tell you why the mushrooms are so great in this recipe. They aren't just piled on top of the steaks, they're IN the steaks! Chopped mushrooms mixed into the steaks keeps them incredibly tender and delicious. This recipe makes a LOT of salisbury steak, 12 servings. Luckily, these babies freeze wonderfully. Enjoy!!!

Seriously folks, I thought moist pork chops were a myth... until I found this recipe! Cornstarch added to the flour coating is the trick to keeping these puppies moist and tender. This is a recipe from Emeril Lagasse.

I found this recipe a few years ago on the net, but can't for the life of me remember where. From www.TopSecretRecipes.com This meatloaf is AWESOME. The sauted veggies are what sets this meatloaf apart. They give the meatloaf a wonderful flavor while keeping things moist. My kids love it!

This is the simplest toffee recipe ever. I love it because it only takes 4 ingredients that I always have around the house. Follow a few easy steps and voila--instant gratification! This recipe makes great Holiday gifts for the neighbors (they'll think you slaved over a hot stove all day, but the truth will be our little secret!).

    Recipe #148114

This is my mother-in-law's recipe. I had made this pie several times, but it never tasted as good as when she made it. When I admitted as much to her one day, she took pity on me and told me her secret. She tripled the amount of rum extract the original recipe called for. No wonder her black bottom pie always tasted better than mine!!! Here is her "revised" recipe with the new and improved amount of rum. Enjoy!

    Recipe #147749

This is a great dish to serve for company.

    Recipe #146843

Wow! These cookies pack both a tasty and visual punch! Their bright red color lends itself nicely to holiday cooking, and they couldn't get any easier to make!
