My own recipe for stuffed poblano peppers. Just happened to be walking through my farmers' market and spotted these nice green peppers. I have had them stuffed with cheese at Mexican resturants in the past and love them. So upon seeing the peppers I picked up a few. All the way home I was thinking in my head as to how I planned to fix them for my wife and I. Here is my end result and boy-o-boy are they some kind of tasty. Please do try them for yourself. Enjoy!

Passed down to my grandmother from Aunt Alpha. These Pickles are the bomb. I can remember as a young child going to my grandmother’s house and i just couldn't wait to get my hands on the jar of sweet pickles. They are like Lays Potato Chips! You can't eat just one. This recipe is very well worth the three days it takes to make them. A Special Thanks to my Aunt Kay and Mom for sharing this awesome family recipe with me. From my family to yours. Enjoy!

Boy-O- Boy! now this recipe has some history behind it. My dad practiced making these with me as a young teenager. I tell you what, i never went without a breakfast before school when i was a teenager thanks to my dad. But i swear until he got this recipe down pat! I could have shot them in sling shots at the neighbors dogs, or knocked windows out with them on several mornings!

They ain't Red Lobsters, but they dang close! Great tasting and just about as close as you can get to the original Cheddar Bay Biscuits. Been cooking these up for a long time now and the family enjoys them. Hey they are great just by themselves without a meal, acourse some shrimp scampi would be awsome with them too! Enjoy!
