A delicious sauce over pancakes, waffles, crepes, or angel food cake. Can be used with raspberries, blueberries, strawberries or a combination. Also a nice glaze for grilled veggies. A healthy replacement for store-bought syrups that are full of preservatives and sugar. Can store this in the freezer for later use!
Very refreshing--Similar to a orange julius. You can also add some vanilla protein powder to this drink for a meal replacement. Kids also love the taste of this. I adapted this from a recipe from "At Home with Family and Friends" cookbook from Cornerstone Television.
I love this sauce because its thin and doesn't have a base of ketchup or mustard. Its a real barbecue marinade/sauce and made to tenderize any meat before grilling. You may also baste lightly while grilling and then serve some on the side with your meal. I found this recipe in the newspaper years ago.
A real Italian pasta salad! Great for a light summertime meal or a delicious light lunch. My husband loves this pasta and its so quick & easy to make. This recipe was passed down from a friend who's has traveled to Italy and agrees to the authenticity!
Love these! I'm always looking for recipes that call for canned salmon (an inexpensive way to get the nutrition from the fish) These puffs are fun to make and great tasting! This recipe was adapted from "At Home with Family & Friends" cookbook from Cornerstone Television.
This is a recipe that my Mom always makes for special occasions when she is limited for time. It can be made way ahead and stored in the freezer. A great dessert to have on hand for summertime entertaining. Everyone loves it!
This candy tastes just like Skor or Heath candy bars. I adapted this recipe from "At Home with Family & Friends" cookbook from Cornerstone Television and also from a recipe my Aunt Rhoda often made. I used Matzoh crackers since I had some on hand and it tasted even better than the saltines that this recipe usually calls for! You may also substitute semi-sweet chocolate. This candy makes a great hostess gift or thank you gift.
I created this pasta salad while I was a student at Penn State University. Inexpensive, healthy, delicious and is just as tasty as a leftover. You may add sliced chicken or turkey breast for a one dish meal!!
