You will need a 5-quart crock pot for this, I doubled the sauce when I made this :)

    Recipe #289826

Since I serve this is very large glasses I have listed at two servings, you may divide into as many servings as you wish, make certain to use very strong coffee for this --- this is very good!

    Recipe #289671

These made be made on the grill or in the oven, great to take camping as you can prepare the foil packages ahead of time then just stick on the grill, they are great on top of burgers, steaks and even fish -- one onion for each packet but of coarse you may make as many packets as desired! --- see bottom of recipe for oven cooking :)

    Recipe #289534

This is a delicious moist high-riser cake that also may be made in a 10-inch tube pan :)

    Recipe #288932

Use russet potato only for this, the butter amount may be adjusted, recipe may increased to as many potatoes as desired, lower heat cooking only please, I also like to top with grated cheddar cheese but that is optional

    Recipe #288122

A wonderful hearty minestrone and even better the next day, I also like to add in fresh baby spinach at the end of cooking and simmer for a few minutes, this soup freezes very well --- the longer this soup simmers the richer it will be so don't be afraid to cook for a longer time, feel free to adjust all amounts to taste --- add in some cooked small shells at the end of cooking if desired.

    Recipe #287961

If you don't have a large enough skillet to accomodate the two steaks and sauce then use a Dutch oven, I use my large electric skillet for this, if desired you may double the sauce amount to use for a large chuck pot roast, cooking times will need to be increased

    Recipe #287868

Not sure if this should be called this a soup or stew, it's a meal in a bowl and really only needs to be served with a loaf of crusty bread, I use my own Parmesan meatball recipe#69173 for this and shape into 1-inch balls, store bought frozen meatballs will work fine, I have left the small shell pasta as optional you may add in at the end if desited... to make this vegetarian use vegetable broth and soy meatballs

    Recipe #287803

This is a creamy sweeter-style dressing that has lots of "zip" and it makes a fair amount, feel free to add in some frozen peas, cooked ham or bacon --- I have listed the servings at 12-14 but that is only estimated --- --- use both mayonnaise and salad dressing for this, plan ahead this salad needs to chill for a minimum of 6 or more hours before serving, prep time includes chilling time.

    Recipe #287738

This is not for anyone on a salt restricted diet, I have left the garlic as optional if you are a garlic lover then add in --- this brine is enough for 4 large pork chops or 1 pork tenderloin, for a larger amount of pork chops prepare ingredients listed but in two separate bowls, do not double into one bowl --- kosher salt only for this, feel free to add in 1/2 to 1 teaspoon fresh rosemary.

    Recipe #287617

There is no sauce to this recipe, and you may omit the sesame oil if desired, the chicken is still great with just the added soy sauce, but I suggest to increase if you are not using the sesame oil --- unless you have a huge wok you will need to make this in two batches so the chicken will cook evenly --- this is quick and very easy to make, to save time you may slice the breasts up 24 hours in advance --- my family like lots of heat so I most always add in 1 teaspoon crushed chili flakes, do not make this omitting the cornstarch it will not be the same --- all ingredients may be adjusted to taste, serve with cooked rice or noodles :)

    Recipe #286521

a hearty delicious casserole, I have left the jalapeno peppers as optional, I like to add them in

    Recipe #285845

This is wonderful warm out of the oven with syrup :)

    Recipe #285773

If you are a garlic-lover such as myself you may want to mix in 1 tablespoon fresh finely minced garlic or 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder when melting the butter --- plan ahead the rolled breasts need to be refrigerated for a minimum of 3 hours or up to 24 hours before breading, this will allow for easier handling while breading and firm up the cream cheese mixture --- these are very good!

    Recipe #285753

    Recipe #285704

You could use only one can creamed soup I prefer to use two cans, one 4.5-ounce can sliced mushrooms, well drained also works well in place of fresh --- serve with hot cooked noodles or mashed potatoes --- this is *very* good!

    Recipe #285478

In place of the apricot jam you may use 1/3 cup marmalade with 1 tablespoon brown sugar, use you own favorite meatball recipe or use frozen store-bought meatballs --- this may easily be doubled, prep time does not include preparing and baking meatballs, serve with hot cooked rice

    Recipe #285428

If you love the leftover crispy pieces of potatoes left in the pan then this is one you will enjoy! --- the potatoes must be cooked and completely cold before slicing which makes this the perfect recipe to use up leftover potatoes, I love making this with leftover potatoes from a roast they have so much flavor --- make lots or make a small amount I always make lots my family loves these better than fries! --- prep time does not include boiling the potatoes.

    Recipe #285261

Crispy on the outside and moist and tender inside, if desired you may marinate the breasts in the BBQ sauce for up to 8 hours, for a little heat add in a pinch or more of cayenne to the dry coating mixture or the barbecue sauce :)

    Recipe #285248

This is a wonderful recipe for hot sauce that may be used in many recipes, if you are a lover of spicy sauce then you will love this, I make it all the time and use it in many recipes --- you may adjust the habanero peppers to suit heat level, for milder heat use 8 and for extreme heat use 12, I use the 12 habaneros my family loves extreme heat!--- a few dashes of sauce is all that is needed, this is hot and please use gloves while handling the hot peppers --- I have left the liquid smoke seasoning as optional I like to add it in, use only canned not fresh peaches for this sauce, servings is of coarse estimated --- you will love this!
