Recipe Adapted from Weight Watchers One Pot Cookbook & Nutritionfor.us

    Recipe #508516

I found this in some cookbook, but I've omitted quite a few things to suit my likes. Omitted is some Ham, Water Chestnuts, Celery, Paprika, and Pepper. Amount of servings really depends on if you eat this as a meal or side dish.

I found this online at www.sparkpeople.com. I made it and was blown away by how yummy it was. I did not add white rice to the recipe, but you can easily get away with many many cups of cooked rice with how much sauce this makes. The onion soup packet is just a reg. sized one. Some say they are 1oz others say 1 1/4 oz. I'm sure either will work. UPDATE: I have since made this with regular cream of mushroom soup and it was wicked salty and tasted completely different for me. I recommend only using the low-fat/fat free kind.

I've seen quite a few other recipes on here like this one, but they all have Italian dressing in them. Which I was a little weirded out by so I didn't want to use it. I came across this recipe in a Taste Of Home book and figured I'd give it a try. Please note that it IS a spicy meal. If you have a hard time dealing with normal black pepper or mild salsa you probably will not like this. I like mild salsa but too much of it burns my mouth and black pepper bothers me too sometimes. I COULD deal with this (by NOT eating any of the peppers), and I liked it, but it is very spicy to someone like me.

Sometimes regular sized muffins just aren't good enough. This recipe is already doubled, and for use in a jumbo muffin tin that holds 6 muffins. These are for large topped muffins, so each section will be filled to the top. The photos I provided have decorative green sugar on top of the chocolate chip muffins. It was all I had on hand and is bigger then normal sugar. The other photos are of Blueberry muffins.

From PBS Everyday Food. http://www.pbs.org/everydayfood/baking/recipes/peanut_butter_surprise_cookies.html I love these! The recipe calls for Peanut Butter cups on top, but I'm omitting them here.

My mom used to make this all the time. I love it with a little ground beef and plum tomatoes. Gives it something a little different.

From: http://chinesefood.about.com/od/potstickers/r/potstickers.htm Loved these. Tasted like takeout Chinese dumplings from down the street. Great flavor, but could use some improvements.
