This is an adapted recipe (#89204) that is super quick and delicious! Most grocery stores sell packages of pre-cooked, pre-shredded chicken that work great in this recipe and make it even quicker. If you don't have this option, cook your chicken, shred and then proceed. Serves great with already cooked uncle ben's southwest rice. Enjoy!
This lasagna is delicious and loaded with dietary Fiber and Protein. When cooking it it may seem like there is not enough noodles, but it ends up being delicious. The mixed vegetables I used included broccoli, onion, corn and mushrooms. Definitely let this recipe sit for 15 minutes before serving or you'll end up with a soupy mess. Enjoy!
I tasted this delicious Asian American chicken at a sample table and couldn't wait to get home and cook it for my husband! You can either use sweet chili sauce with a twist of lime of for better results use Canyon Farms Sweet Chili Lime Sauce. Serves great with rice and a side of green beans. This recipe is also great using shrimp or pork.
