Adapted from Eating Well
A recipe from the raw diet, adapted from the book "Rejuvenate your life" by Serene Allison
A low fat (I think) dip that is delicious. It tastes best after hanging out in the fridge overnight.
A variation of this classic dish that ups the protein and cuts the fat.
Another from Chef Angie (I really just secretly wanted to know the nutritional content in this)
Great on top of meatloaf (recipe to follow)
Delicious summer salad - adapted from food network! I didn't include this in the recipe but I like to toast my own french bread croutons and toss them in!
This is one of the most delicious stuffings I have ever had, you won't even miss the bread!
Mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm! Serve this with your favorites dressing (hint: sweet is good in this case)
You can also add some coconumt cilantro rice to this for a complete meal, but thuis is fine on it's own. The Soy glaze is the best part and tastes delicious dribbled over the vegetables.
Sounds king of weird, but absolutely delicious! Good with cheese on a bolo, or just as is. Good for you, tasty summer dish! It is also just as delicious served cold as it is warm!
This is a great crowd pleaser, always the first thing to go.
