This was really surprisingly good for such a quick and easy meal. The flavors blended well together and Dave added the mustard on the side. I thought this would serve 4 but Dave was hungry so I stated between 2-4 servings. He kept taking the brats out of the pan while I was cooking. From American Home Town Cookbook made my way.

I make this for Dave at least once a month and he loves it. So simple and so good. Cook time does not include cooking the bacon.

This was so good. Original recipe comes from Peggy Vdouj from our community cookbook for Patrick Cox, the teenager that died of a heart attack. I love Brandy so you might want to start with 1/4 cup but I used 1/2.

This goes together so easily for a quick week day dinner. Flavor combination was just right for us. Cook time does not include the marinade.

Absolutely delicious. So simple yet so elegant. Be sure to use the best cold-pressed extra-virgin olive oil available and only kosher salt.

This is a great marinade to use on chicken or pork. The buttermilk has a tangy kick and it works well as a tenderizer. Just marinade for 1 to 4 hours and discard the marinade and cook.

These little babies are awesome. For us they have just the right amount of spice. They are crisp on the outside with a wonderful filling. Hope you enjoy.

This is so good. It's shrimp, it's bacon, it's cheese; what's not to like. They had this on the menu as an appetizer for a short time at Red Lobster but when we went back the next time they had quit making it. It does take a little time to make this. I'm not sure where I got this recipe but I've been told it is a variation of Todd Wilbur's Copycat recipe.

This is an excellent egg casserole for a crowd. Cook time does not reflect the time it takes to hard boil the eggs or cook the bacon.

This is so good, served with any grilled meal. A good way to use up fresh tomatoes. Adapted from TOH Backyard Grilling with a few minor changes.

Excellent marinade for beef. I have used this with beef kabobs and my DH's favorite Ribeyes. The meat is so flavorful and tender and the reserved sauce is excellent on the side.

This is such a colorful and well flavored dish. Goes great with just about anything. Adapted from TOH

Just plain yummy. These are fit for company. Served with a creamy mustard sauce. Adapted from TOH. The instructions are based on my cut of meat and may vary depending on how many slices of meat you get. The recipe said 16 slices but I only got 8. I doubled the marinade when I made it but not in the recipe.

These are excellent potato skins and could go as an appetizer or serve with a meal. The cooking time was right on. Crisp on the outside and nice texture on the inside. We loved the rosemary in this. Altered a little from the original TOH recipe.

The meat is so tender and juicy and has an excellent flavor. The cook time was right on for medium steak, IMHO. Revised just a little from the original TOF recipe. I did however, double the marinade, not in the recipe but when I made it, to make sure I got good coverage of the meat. The original only marinaded the meat for 1 hour, but I did it overnight and I think that make a big difference. Prep time does not include the time it takes to marinade.
