EXTRA moist carrot. very dense mixture does not raise much but is absoultly FAB. I prepare in mini loafs and sharing with friend(I am the only one in the house who like Carrot cake)but everyone else is gradually trying this recipe and liking it. I omit the raisins and nuts and does great(if you ever wonder. Cuts very easily due to its denseness. Unfrosted "bars" Great for breakfast, no crumbs travels well in the car for on the go mornings.

Wonderful do-ahead breadkfast casserole. You can layer the casserole together the night before. My guests always love this. I always serve it with fresh fruit for a "cooling" affect. Try the #47444(blt tomatoes) and 10661(peach salad)wtih it. The lady that taught me how to make this never measured anything but she always told me one of each ingredient per person(such as 6 eggs equal 6 people) so you can increase it with those guidelines.

This is a great way to use the surplus of oversized cucumbers. They are a great change that tastes NOTHING like a cucumber. No one will believe it when you say they are cucumbers rather your guests will think they ate great, crispy, RED, hot, cinnamony apples. The oversized cucumbers are the best because they have thicker walls and hold good ringed shapes. It sounds like a huge amount to work to read the directions by it is mostly just sitting time and they are GOOD.

Creamy sweet treat. Great for those UT Vol fans. Prep time does not include chill time.

This is GREAT. I love to take this to any pot luck event and always gets lots of attention. I never bring any home. Should be made early enough so it can sit a day or two. And yes vanilla butter and nut flavoring is one type of flavoring not two separate ones.
