I like to use the dough setting on my bread machine as I cannot knead bread. You can make with or without the brown sugar syrup. You can glaze with a thin icing if you don't use syrup. The prep time does not include rising time in bread machine or for buns.I don't use this recipe anymore since I started making Hot dog/Hamburger rolls recipe #96475. It makes great cinnamon buns also.

This is a very versatile recipe. It calls for cream of mushroon soup but I make it with cream of chicken or cream of celery. It calls for mixed vegetables but I have made it with frozen corn, or green beans or peas. I use 2 boxes of stuffing mix because we like lots of stuffing.

I made these and used about 1 1/2 pounds meat. Divided it into 6 large size muffin cups. Also used a grated carrot as suggested by a reviewer. Baked for about 20 minutes.

This is different than the others as this uses crumbled crackers. It comes from RecipeCenter. My DH and DD both enjoyed this variation very much. You can add some garlic powder if you like garlic.

Watch everyone come running when they catch a heavenly whiff of butterscotch and graham coming from the kitchen. Get out the milk and have a treat. Recipe from They are excellent cookies.

    Recipe #87139

Bright red and green cherries lend these fruitcake-like cookies a holiday disposition. A thin drizzle of chocolate makes them even sweeter. This recipe is from These look great on a tray of Christmas goodies.

Remarkably similar in taste to real beef stew, but made with kidney beans for that no-cholesterol, no-fat goodness. I found this on web-site. Very tasty stew. You may add tamari (soy sauce) for colour, and a few teaspoons nutritional yeast flakes. I did not count in the time to soak beans overnight. Times are approximate.

Don't let all the vanilla scare you away. These are excellent cookies. Very nutty and delicately sweet. A fine finish to a heavy or spicy meal. To add a unique taste substitute the vanilla with 1 tablespoon of gin. The original recipe stated that. I have never tried it.

This is a healthy recipe with the wheat germ in it. This is from the Kretschmer Wheat Germ web site. I didn't have skim evaporated milk, used powdered buttermilk and water. Used 1 egg and no egg white.

I haven't tried these yet but I will as soon as I get some ham, in the meantime I am posting the recipe.

This is from another website. I did a few changes, I have made 12 muffins with 2 cups of chopped prunes. Also made them with dried apricots and dates. You would never know these didn't have sugar in them.

I like it because it is a healthy muffin. I substitute Egg Beaters for the eggs. Instead of 1 cup of oil I use 1/2 cup oil and 1/2 cup applesauce, but that is up to you. I like to use frozen blueberries as then the colour doesn't turn the flour that yucky blue colour. You will have to test for doneness as it takes longer.

    Recipe #86793

I have made these for church fellowship gatherings and they always go over very well. This is a no bake recipe. The cook time is the 5 minutes cooking on top of the stove.

These make a great Christmas or New Years muffin, about the only time you find eggnog in the stores. I put chopped walnuts in mine and my DH said very good.

    Recipe #79865

This is posted by request. It is made in coffee cans (or regular bread pans if desired). It is baked in cans to give it the unique shape. It came from a cookbook I've had since 1975. Time to rise in not in prep time.

These tarts are nowhere on Zaar. The recipe came from a baking for entertainment leaflet. I think they would be nice at Christmas. I made the tarts but next time I am going to make into a pie. These also freeze beautifully. If you have the orange liqueur please use it.
