I love the soup you get at the Asian Grill restaurants in the little bity bowl. I always end up wanting more, so I decided to make an easy weeknight version of that soup that we could use a a meal. Here are the results:

    Recipe #421367

My kids LOVE hamburger helpers, but being that they are often FULL of sodium etc. I went to work in the kitchen. This recipe is easily adapted by changing a few ingredients. Ground beef -chicken or turkey Cream of mushroom soup to cream of chicken or nacho cheese soup and different pasta change this dish into many alternatives. ex: I replace the ground beef, noodles and cream of mushroom for chicken breast cubed, nacho cheese soup and use cut up tortillas for a Mexican version.

    Recipe #336525

I recently had the 3 little girls spend the night, and I hadn't been to the grocery store so the kitchen was a little bare. I threw this together, and even my PICKY DAUGHTER loved it!!!

    Recipe #335183

I love gumbo, but I have always hated that EVERYONE seems to put OLD BAY and or bay leaves in it. Both of which I cant stand the flavor of, too over powering and that is all you can taste. so I played with some receipes and this is what I came up with. I always make a big batch so, I share with my coworkers, family etc. I recently had a coworker tell me that his wife, a self named conneseure of all things creole, tell him that mine was the best she had ever had anywhere! I was so flattered that I thought I would share....

    Recipe #329813

This recipe is like a low country boil. I made it as an easy weeknight dinner and for some friends of mine that do not like seafood.

    Recipe #318156

Pan seared pork Loin chops, roasted veggies and creamy orzo. I love roasted vegetables and was tinkering in the kitchen when I created this. My honey and I ate until we were about to POP it was so good! For the chops I always buy a whole loin, (better value for the money) and slice off the number of chops i need for each meal
