Yes, thats right...spaghetti is coming out of these hot dogs!!! I loved this recipe as soon as I saw it! Its such a cool idea! My kids loved this and it was fun to make! I served this with a cheddar cheese sauce, as you can see in my photo! You can use a cheese sauce from your favorite mac n' cheese recipe!
I love cornbread and I love chocolate...so I combined the two and made this absolutely perfect chocolate dessert! I used my favorite cornbread recipe that I got from a foodie friend, and I tweaked it a bit! It worked great!
This is a recipe my family has been using for 3 generations! It works perfectly every time! The manicotti are so delicate that they just melt in your mouth! Its so easy to make also! If you can make crepes, you can make these! See my photos for step by step instructions.
This is a salad recipe of mine that is HIGHLY requested for special occasions! I used to make this in a large platter with all the ingredients just scattered around loosely. But I found my guests constantly picking through the platter to get items they missed! So I finally decided to place each serving in its own lettuce leaf! Now everyone will get every ingredient! This is much more interesting looking and is fun to assemble.
I'm really loving couscous lately and I was trying to think of a flavorful way to prepare it! Well, this is just what I was looking for! I created this by combining all the flavors I knew I would love with couscous! It worked perfectly! I hope you'll try it next time your craving couscous!
I've used this bread recipe MANY times and its perfect! I found it on a cooking site. It was posted by a cook known as Pleclare. This recipe makes 2 loaves. Most times, I add toasted sesame seeds ontop. This bread is best when baked til dark golden brown. It tastes just like the bread I get from my favorite bakery! Everyone who has tried this bread, loves it!
I'm always trying to create new dips for me and my husband to enjoy on movie night! So that's how I came up with this one! It tasted so good we wanted to just eat it by the spoonful! Then we ate it the next day for lunch as a sandwich spread. And then we tried it as a soup by thinning it out with chicken broth and tossing some garlic croutons on top! We loved it ALL 3 ways!
This is a recipe thats been in my family for many generations! We always make this for Christmas! It's an old fashioned Italian tradition! There are many strufoli recipes on the Internet, but this is great because we add whiskey! Some people makes this in ball shapes, but we like the twisted stick shape!
