    Recipe #512697

Haven't tried this one yet...putting it here for safe keeping. Got this out of Family Circle magazine November 2013. Would love to hear what y'all think!

    Recipe #508575

I'm glad the first time I tried tomato pie is was this recipe...awesomely good! I'm in love! I used my cornmeal butter crust recipe #474253, substituted Planko for bread crumbs, used fresh lemon basil and used Provalone cheese. When I fliped the tomatoes I put them on clean dry paper towels for another 10 minutes; then blotted them dry. Got this from Family Circle magazine August 2013.

    Recipe #508369

Found this in Family Circle magazine November 2013. Want to put here for safe keeping.

    Recipe #508345

I got this out of Family Circle magazine November 2013. Can't wait to try it!

    Recipe #508341

I haven't tried it yet...just putting in here for safe keeping. I changed it a little to be a bit more "low carb" friendly. Let me know what you think! Adapted from

    Recipe #506106

I took two recipes from here #110796 and #227375 put my own spin on it and turned it into some awesome veggie lasagna! You can add meat to this if you like, I have added cooked ground turkey to the sauce, very versatile. Let me know what ya'll think!

    Recipe #485577

I found this is Fix-it and Forget-it Recipes for Entertaining, it sounded interesting so I am putting it into my monthly rotation. We haven't tried this yet so I would appreciate feed back on it. Thanks.

    Recipe #485012

This is my rendition of stuffed burgers. Some would think they are bland but my grand kids loved them...DH too! You can mix these up with anything you like...your preferred taste.

    Recipe #481430

This is so easy to make it's insane! My mother used to get me to throw this together at her house by just telling me what to put in the pan, mix it and put it in the oven. You can add meat if you like, but we keep it simple. I use no salt added canned corns and light/fat free cheeses but you can use regular if you wish. You can add garlic or herbs...whatever is to your's that versatile! Great for potlucks!

    Recipe #478136

This is an old family recipe that I got from my second cousin in West Florida (Bonifay) and it's sooo good!!

    Recipe #476078

This is an easy no fuss and fail safe pie crust with a unique texture and tastes awesome!! It's not flaky like a regular pie crust more like a cookie consistency. I think it holds together better than a regular crust when serving. This pie crust recipe is to die seriously! This is now my "standard" pie crust recipe!! I've used it for Pecan, Pumpkin and Apple Pie' far. My mom pulled it out of a magazine...sorry I don't remember the name. Probably Family Circle or Southern Living. The colder the butter the better, but not frozen. And chilling the dough before rolling is very important! Remember...chill...chill...chill! 10/24/13 - I have substituted Splenda for sugar in this and it's awesome still!

    Recipe #474253

I took an old family BBQ recipe and modified it. I tried making at low carb as possible. BTW...It's awesome!!

    Recipe #466018

These use whole wheat sandwich wraps for the crust. I know this isn’t exactly a ‘traditional’ deep dish pizza, as the cheese and pepperoni are on top of the sauce, but I decided to give these little pizzas a ‘deep dish’ name because of the enormous amount of sauce and cheese packed into these little guys! The crust for these hand-held pizzas are made from whole wheat wraps, which bake up nice and crispy, so they taste a lot like a thin crust! I added parmesan cheese and spices to the sauce, so every bite is bursting with cheesy flavor! You could add any toppings you’d traditionally have on your pizza to make them even more personalized!

    Recipe #466017

This is another Baked Bean recipe, but I've looked through many of them here and I have yet to see one using Splenda Brown Sugar blend. You can use any combination of beans you wish, I've experiemented with many different ones, even Field Peas. They all taste great! I want to know how low carb mine here it is!

    Recipe #454469

I wanted to make a side dish to go with Scott's Beef Brisket recipe #451075 for St. Patrick's Day and wanted something different. This could be served as a side dish or a main dish. I found Sunny Sauer-Cabbage #245730 by Kitty Z and I ran with it! This is my version...

    Recipe #451085

I got this from Quick Cooking magazine in 2006 and it is FANTASTIC! This is the only way I'll fix brisket. My kids love it! DH says it's the best he's ever had! Made this with my recipe Stir Fry Cabbage Plus More (#451085) for St. Patrick's Day 2011. This is a fresh brisket, not a corned beef brisket. Prep time does not include overnight marinade. You can lighten this up by using diet Coke, margarine or olive oil and low or no sugar BBQ sauce. Ya'll let me know what you think!

    Recipe #451075

This tart is based on a classic southern pie, oozes with gooey custard and has a simple cookie-crumb crust. Modified this from a recipe from Martha Stewart Living Magazine. Tried making it as low-carb/low sugar friendly as possible, the family loved it! I'm thinking pecan crust next time...mmmmmmmm an upside down pecan pie! Let me know what you think.

    Recipe #439093

This is a recipe I found in an old church cookbook of mine that I've modified to cut the fat! Chicken breasts infused with garlic, onions, paprika and lime juice...close your eyes and be whisked away...

    Recipe #438573

Got this from the Favorite Family Recipes Good Country Cookin Cookbook by Cracker Barrel. These are so easy and taste fantastic!! I substituted splenda for the sugar; I used cans of sliced peaches, instead of halves and I put them into mason jars instead of a bowl. Let me know what you think!
