I have fond memories of Nutella growing up (me, not the Nutella) and came up with this quick dessert to satisfy a craving. Fair warning: one isn't enough.

    Recipe #465616

You can't get much easier than starting off with a cake mix and a can of pumpkin! The bonus? No oil in these incredibly moist muffins! I like the crunch of coarse raw sugar on top of them, but you can also use white or brown sugar or make a streusel topping. Dried cranberries or mini chocolate chips are also good mixed into the batter for a little extra 'zing'! Enjoy!!

I've made a variation of this for the past two years for Halloween dinner. We enjoy carving the 'pumpkins' and eating the 'worms'.

I needed to jazz up my brownies for company and my mom-in-law suggested this recipe which she's been making for a long time. Wow. It's super-easy and quite tasty! Thanks, Mom!

There's something about pudding in the mix that makes cookies extra tasty. This recipe is my variation of the one found on the Quaker Oats lid. Even though they are baked, use instant pudding. Use this as a base and play with it! I've made these with chocolate pudding and some cocoa in the mix and they were just as good! BTW, I use my PC medium cookie scoop for these cookies. :o)
