Recipe floating the internet, but no nutrition facts...

    Recipe #517292

I looked around and couldn't find many hushpuppy recipes. This is a combo I came up with looking at various recipes and adding my own twist. Mine definitely didn't come out round like I am used to seeing, but they were delicious just the same! Enjoy.

    Recipe #497921

I cut this recipe out of a magazine years ago. I changed to using ground chicken to make it healthier. It still tastes just as good. I like to double or make 1 1/2 of the recipe. We like it with fat-free shredded cheddar and mozzarella and saltines. I like the combo of the different beans for great texture and color. I add all 4 cans of beans when I 1 1/2 or double.

    Recipe #443896

I love this recipe. My mom used to make it (and still does) everytime there is company. It can be doubled, tripled etc. easily, and everyone loves it. This variation is made just as she makes it-with the exception of the seasoning. Her original recipe has no seasoning, but how can you not season? I also make it with ground chicken breast to save on calories and multi grain pasta-any shape instead of egg noodles. It freezes beautifully, so it is a great make-ahead. I have also been known to mix the noodles and sauce together and then layer. I sometimes double the cheese mixture (because it is sooo good). This is a very forgiving recipe.

This is a beautiful tossed salad with spinach, romaine, and mandarin oranges with a sweet, sour, slightly spicy dressing. To top it all off, glazed sliced almonds. I first made this in culinary school, and I have made it many times. It is great for entertaining. The mandarin oranges' color just "pops" against the greens. Time includes chill time for the dressing.

    Recipe #382407

I love these little envelopes of goo. I make these for a quick breakfast, a snack, lunch, at midnight. Any time is a good time. Yum. They are kid friendly, too. There are no measurements. It depends on how many you want, or how big your tortilla.

    Recipe #382155

I just bought some Blue Brie Cheese and was wondering what else, besides eat it on a cracker, I could do with it. I came across this recipe on the net. It sounds good. Blue Brie Cheese has a very mild blue cheese taste with the consistency of Brie. It is explained as a good starter blue cheese if you are unfamiliar with blue cheese. I have not tried this, but I am going to.

    Recipe #382133

I found this recipe on the net. I love Olive Garden's Ravioli di Portobello, especially the sauce mmmmm. I have not tried this recipe, and I may be to lazy to make ravioli, unless I use wonton wrappers. I have seen premade mushroom ravioli before, so I plan to keep a look out and make the sauce to go with it. I look forward to trying it as soon as I see some ravioli. I am sure this sauce would be good on anything, including a leather boot, or tennis shoe if you are vegetarian! Enjoy! This recipe makes 15-20 ravioli. Timing is approximate.*UPDATE* Apparently the ravioli dough is no good, so I suggest using wonton wraps or your own dough recipe. I get the Barilla mushroom ravioli, and this sauce is absolutely wonderful.

Where I live, there are several REALLY great Korean restaurants, but I can't get over there much. I have been craving Bulgogi for a while. I found several recipes, but had to add and subtract to suit my taste. I think this tastes very similar to the restaurant I love. Banchan are veggie sides served with Korean food. Recipe #382068, Kimchi, and Recipe #382046 are just a few. Serve this over rice with the Banchan or alternatively in lettuce wraps with chili paste and rice. This should marinade for several hours or overnight. Marinade time is not included in prep time.

Banchan are veggie sides served with Korean food. Seasoned Mung Beans, Kimchi, and Diakon Radish & Carrot salad are just a few. Serve this with my Korean Beef Bulgogi. This salad is a yummy sweet and sour crunchy addition to the Bulgogi. It is a must have for me. Cook time is standing time.

Rice with scallions. Serve with my Recipe #381938

    Recipe #381941

These are cabbage rolls stuffed with an oriental pork and shrimp filling. You can eat these out of hand if they aren't to tender or with a fork. Serve with duck sauce, Chinese hot-mustard sauce, and/or the soy dipping sauce included with the recipe. Enjoy. Try my Recipe #381941 on the side =) The carbs in the nutritional info is from the water chestnuts. You can leave them out to reduce the majority of the carbs. It adds 22 carbs per serving. This is not a gingerbread cookie. This is a dense, moist cake. Serve with whipped cream and/or a sprinkling of powdered sugar. It is fabulous.

    Recipe #381570

These burgers are a mixture of ground turkey and ham. I have made them several times, and they are delish. Cook them slowly, as I have a tendency to burn them, the peppers and onions make this out of this world! Enjoy. Oh this is a recipe from Rachel Ray.

    Recipe #381568

These are savory pancakes and my favorite way to eat summer squash. I could eat a whole batch myself.
