The pan is super hot when it comes out of the oven...be careful not to grab the handle like I did! =) The rice may be a little dry so check after 15 min to see if it needs a little more liquid...about 1/2 cup at a time. Use the oil from the tomatoes in place of olive oil for extra favor.

This goes really well with falafel or it can be thinned with water to make a yummy salad dressing.

    Recipe #321477

A healthy alternative to oh so yummy authentic falafel. It's great wrapped up in a pita with fresh veggies and yogurt sauce, on a bed of greens or served as and appetizer.

    Recipe #321468

A yummy versitle recipe. Roasting makes the veggies so sweet. Any assortment of veggies, pastas or cheeses can be used. Chicken, tuna or sausage also goes well in this dish. Just add into the cooked pasta along with the other ingredients. This recipe makes 4 large portions or 6 smaller ones.

    Recipe #309741

Simple and quick no yeast pizza dough can be topped with any of your favorite sauces or toppings. The dough can be divided into for personal sized pizzas or used for 1 larger pizza (cooking time is for personal size).

    Recipe #308188

This is great on sandwiches or as a dip for crackers and pita chips. My 2 year old daughter loves to just eat it with a spoon!
