    These scrumptious muffins are easy and fun-to-make and require only a skillet. The recipe is from the BreadBeckers, Inc. family company in Woodstock, GA that provides classes and wonderful products to home bakers. I added only the flax meal component for added health benefits.

    These nachos are full of protein and fiber and look beautiful to boot. Take it easy on the cheese and make it low-fat. This recipe heats the chips so make use of the chips remaining in the bottom of various bags. My sister and I made this live on my podcast. It's vegetarian and easy and I was surprised there wasn't one like this on 'zaar. This version is fairly quick for two and can be made as spicy as you like by adding jalapenos or hot salsa. Enjoy!

If you want something delectable and nourishing and don't mind messing up four or more different bowls, this recipe is a lucious hit every time. I replace the sugar with agave or leave it out sometimes. These freeze fine, if well-packaged, to add quick pizzazz to a dinner for many or just take one out to reheat solo. I believe this is from her newest (fifth) cookbook called "The Perfect Recipe for Losing Weight and Eating Great". Thank you, Pam!

Veggie bacon-wrapped chicken (chick'n) tenders or buffalo wings from your freezer are ready in 12 minutes, crunchy and delicious. Use the breaded kind and serve with a honey-mustard dipping sauce if not using the spiced ones.Serves a few or a crowd in a hurry and can be done in the toaster oven.
