This recipe is super simple and very tasty. Its from The Rookie Cook- Company's Coming cookbook. We usually double it for a family of four (2 adults and 2 preschoolers) everyone loves it. We serve with homemade bread or bisuits Recipe #135930
This is a recipe that I use at work and also at home with our son. It's high fibre, but don't forget to drink plenty of fluids to help it work if you are constipated. I usually only make half the recipe at home.
This was found on the back of Roger's Wheat Germ, but I have changed the all purpose flour to whole wheat. DS has been going through some testings for Celiac and we were told to up his fibre intake. Everyone enjoys these very much.
