This is a modification of a recipe someone made for my sister-in-law after she had her second baby. It's a wonderful meal, easy to make and put together, and nutritious. You can substitute for your favorite veggies, and use your favorite kind of sausage (or leave it out completely for a VEGETARIAN version!).

    Recipe #431702

This is a fun version of fried eggs and toast. When the kids saw these, they couldn't get enough! They are great for breakfast, lunch or dinner, and are really easy to make...not to mention, incredibly healthy!! We hope you enjoy them as much as we do!

    Recipe #426566

After playing around with a few different recipes, I came up with this version of an easy to make "gourmet" sandwich. It looks like a lot of ingredients, but it's really quite simple to put together. The end result is a well stacked meal, loaded with nutrition the whole family can enjoy. It's great to eat for lunch or dinner, because it's hearty, healthy, and makes great portion sizes. There's a "papa bear" portion, "mama bear" portion, and two "baby bear" portions in one loaf (for our family)! So...it's rather inexpensive to make, too! Hope you enjoy this, and please let me know what you think!

    Recipe #423563

Due to making a deal with my sister to not have any SUGAR, I was forced to recreate some of our favorite treats, using natural alternatives! I'm happy to say...I like these better than the REAL DEAL! They are packed full of "good stuff", so you can eat them, guilt free (for the most part). In fact, my kids say that it's just too hard to only eat one! :0) They come out moist and chewy. You could, also, easily turn these into a great oatmeal chocolate chip cookie! So, have fun experimenting, and let me know what you think!

    Recipe #417409

Biscuits are one of those items that go with an array of dishes. I've recreated this recipe to be lowfat and sugar free, so you REALLY can't go wrong with these! They brown nice and light on the outside, yet stay really moist and soft on the inside. Recently, I just made this recipe, sliced the biscuits in half, and stuffed them with a scrambled egg dish and cheese. Really tasty! Of course, they also pair nicely with a good stew, too! Or just eat them by themselves! :0) Enjoy!!

    Recipe #414907

I found this recipe in Clean Eating Magazine, and it turned out great!! I love the simple ingredients, and how quick it is to put together. Also, I've made it with a few substitutions: If you're not a fan of beef, I made it with chicken, and it was fantastic. I didn't have the soba noodles in my cupboard, so I used organic whole wheat spaghetti. It would be great with brown rice, too! Also, I tend to use whatever veggies I have on hand. So...follow the recipe to the "T", or make it your own, using this as a base recipe. Either way...I think you're going to love the flavor, and love how healthy it is for you!

    Recipe #414442

These cookies are great for around the holidays (or any time you have a chocolate/peppermint craving!), and they are sure to put a smile on your face! My sister, who is a wonderful baker, came up with this recipe and gave these treats away as a gift! I doctored them up a little, to decorate them on the outside! Have fun and make them your own!

    Recipe #403268

My son kept asking me to buy these at the store, but I always had it in my mind that they didn't taste good, so...kept putting it off. Finally, I gave in, and bought a bag. Not knowing how to really prepare them, I realized...these sprouts looked like little heads of lettuce, and that's where I got my inspiration. I'm happy to say, my mind has been changed, and we gladly welcome these tasty bites onto our dinner table!

    Recipe #394348

I was craving pumpkin pie, and started thinking about a way to make smaller servings that I could ration out. I didn't want to make one big pie (in fear that I might actually eat the entire thing! Ha ha), so...I came up with this idea. Hope you all enjoy it!

    Recipe #394347

If you like chocolate, and you like coconut...this is for you! I found this recipe in my Clean Eating Magazine, and had to give it a try! It was super easy to make (only 4 ingredients! Wow!), and tastes wonderful. And the health benefits from eating coconut products make it well worth it, too! It goes well with a glass of red wine, or is a nice treat for the kids. Either way...it was a hit for everyone in our family (young and old).

    Recipe #394346

This is different from our "mom's" meatloaf. I added a little more flavor, left out bread crumbs, and ended up with a dish our whole family enjoys. Hope you do, too!

    Recipe #372239

I was in the mood to try something new, and happily came up with this creation. It was a little more done up than a regular turkey sandwich, but still simple enough to make, and pleased the palettes of both my kids and husband! That makes it an instant success in this home =). It's also basic enough that you could substitute any type of meat or toppings you like, and it'd still be tasty. Hope you enjoy this one!

    Recipe #327986

I looked in my cupboards to see what I could put on our salmon, and what I ended up with was a dish that tasted like it was out of a restaurant (in our opinion)! We couldn't get enough of it! This is a wonderful recipe to use with company, entertaining, or just adding variety to weekly family meal time! My youngest (who normally doesn't enjoy salmon) even ate this...which means it was a HIT in our house! =) Hope you all enjoy it, too!

    Recipe #327390

This is a recipe that I got from my wonderful friend. It's one of those granola recipes that you can easily tweak to fit your personal choice of tastes. If you don't like wheat germ, try flax meal. Not a coconut fan? Leave it out. And you can add any type of dried fruit that you like! You can't go wrong with this one. Plus...only 1/3 cup of brown sugar!! Let me know how yours turns out, and what fun takes you have on this recipe! I appreciate your input =)

    Recipe #325655

I found a simple cheesecake recipe...and then took it up a notch. It's so quick and easy to make!! I've also done this recipe in cupcake cups (making mini cheesecakes!!) which turned out to be a complete success! You can use whatever fruit you enjoy to make this cake your ultimate favorite!! Hope you guys enjoy this as much as we do. Let me know how yours turns out!!

    Recipe #325402

I used the "fruity birthday cupcake" recipe out of the Organic Baby and Toddler cookbook, and tweaked it to make some great cookies for my kids! Hope you guys enjoy these. My kids keep asking for more!

    Recipe #325065

I made this for my 2 year old's birthday! It was so much fun to present, easy to make, and a wonderful alternative to the traditional cake and ice cream! Hope you all enjoy it as much as we did!

    Recipe #322743

This pizza was created when I used my leftovers as the toppings for this great pizza! It turned out to be a total hit. Now, I make tons of variations, so, please feel free to play around with this recipe and add your own spin on it! Just remember to keep it healthy and fun! Enjoy! And please come back to comment on how your pizzas turned out! I'd love to hear about your creations!

    Recipe #318570

This is a recipe my mother-in-law picked up on her vacation in Cabo! We are all thankful she brought it back to share with us. Hope you guys enjoy it, too!

    Recipe #318556

I was trying to figure out a way to make enchiladas from scratch (without having to use sauce from a jar), that was both healthy and easy. I took a recipe that I found on here, and tweaked it to make it my own. My husband and kids loved this meal, and asked for it to be made more often. I hope you all enjoy this one as much as they did... The measurements are rough, so feel free to give and take where needed
