From Kalyn's Kitchen
From Virginia Fare (1994) Reduced the original amount of salt from 2 Tablespoons to 1/4 teaspoon.

These look beautiful and taste great. A perfect little cookie to dress up a cookie table at a wedding! The green leaves can be found at any craft store, check the wedding section.
A simple, refreshing beverage our Pastor served.

Very simple and yummy!!
I use All-Purpose Red Rub Zaar #318843 and Mutha Sauce Zaar #318384, both from Dinosaur BBQ.
Prep time includes overnight refrigeration.
I use this as a salad or a salsa with chips. Cooking time is chill time only. The longer it marinates, the better the flavor!
from Dinosaur BBQ
Great as a marinade for pork or chicken, pour it over cooked veggies or potatoes, or toss it with salad greens.
Brining is a great way to make a lean cut of pork juicier. The sugar in the brine caramelizes on the surface of the pork when grilled. Yummy! Great grilled as is, or use with recipe #318386. Cooking time is marinating time. From Dinosaur Bar B Q.
A healthy alternative to the delicious southern greens.
A little bit of work, but well worth it! Use your favorite bbq sauce or try recipe #318384. From Dinosaur Bar B Q
