I accidently ROYALLY messed up the recipe to a marinade I had and had to fix it... and it turned out even better! You can obviously put any vegetables you like on the skewers, these are just my preference. Prep time is time to marinade.

    Recipe #513903

I had these at work once and I found the recipe, yes!!! Great for those leftover wonton wrappers from dinner or as a "fancy" dessert ;)

    Recipe #414060

This is from the March '10 Everyday with Rachael Ray. Great, comforting weeknight meal in less than 30 minutes. I'm sure it would work with chicken as well. Serve with a salad and dinner is on the table in no time.

    Recipe #414867

This is a favorite at a local restaurant I used to work at named Elijah's here in Wilmington. All of the topping measurements are approximate, put as many or as few as you want! The spicyness of the blackening spice and the potent cheese are wonderous with the sweet balsamic dressing. The original salad at the restaurant also includes cherry tomatoes, but since neither I or my boyfriend care for raw tomatoes we left them off!

I am excited to make this for our annual Mother's Day brunch! Thanks, mom!

    Recipe #414062

Got this from the Kraft food&family magazine. Seems like it is going to make a great, easy weeknight meal. Can't wait to try it!

    Recipe #372807

Found this one on the Lipton Recipe Secrets. I'm excited to try this one as I love spice! Putting it here for safe keeping.

    Recipe #346653

A healthful weeknight meal with some of my favorite components! From EatingWell.com. You can also use cooked turkey in place of the chicken. Hello, Thanksgiving leftovers!

    Recipe #414165

This looks like an easy, somewhat healthy weeknight dish. I'm going to see if it fits into my rotation! One pot meals make one happy Julia on a Monday night. The original recipe calls for "2 cans of white chicken breast in water" but we don't use canned chicken so I will use leftover chicken.

    Recipe #414049

Got this from the June 2009 issue of Real Simple. Excited to try it out.

    Recipe #371744

This recipe is from Good Housekeeping. It looks like a new and interesting way to serve up potatoes- something I'm always looking for! Great for holidays with the family as it makes a lot of potatoes. I want to try these with red or new potatoes as well, and keep their skins on- yum!

    Recipe #414056

In our house, Mac and Cheese is a staple! (No, I don't have any kids.. it is I that loves the cheesy pasta.) Based on the reviews on the Campbell's website, this is an easy, go to, tasty recipe. What I like is that I can use whole grain pasta and low fat milk to make it much better than the boxed stuff. I have made these modifications in the listing of the recipe, but certainly use full fat milk (or.. dare I say.. cream!)/regular pasta if you wish. **Original recipe calls for 1/2 can milk and 1/2 can water but I figured Zaar wouldn't recognize that so I put about 2/3 c. It may be more accurate to use the can method.

    Recipe #414232

These little bunnies are sure to make kids smile! Easter is coming up and these would make an excellent addition to any buffet. Use any kind of small candy for decorating (jelly beans, mini M&Ms, sweet tarts, tropical skittles.. They might be slightly tedious but your effort will pay off! The original recipe says to add more milk if the batter looks dry- use your best judgment.

    Recipe #414055

I made this tonight with items I had left over. My boyfriend was not hungry and asked for only a little bit and ended up eating 3 more slices! Plus, if you prep the ingredients beforehand, it's an easy weeknight meal if served with a salad. **I love garlic, if you are sensitive to this strong flavor, season to your liking! EDIT: I made this last night with a Boboli pizza crust and it turned out great. Just skip the steps about the crust and follow the package directions on the Boboli crust, topping it with all these yummy toppings!

    Recipe #364144

Another Rachael Ray recipe, from the FEB '10 issue of her magazine. I made this soon after I recieved the issue and LOVED it! So easy yet such bold delicious flavors. My BF was surprised how fast dinner was ready! I hope ya'll enjoy this as much as I did.

    Recipe #414047

After my boyfriends grandmother passed, I was given her recipe book to take down some that looked good to me. This one is a winner. ** Update 3/7- I just made this for the first time myself and realized that in the recipe it calls for milk but it is not listed in the ingredients. I guess I did not record this when copying the recipe so I used about 2 cups to get it creamy like it should be.. however.. I ended up with too much sauce. I used it over chicken later in the week.

    Recipe #371914

This recipe sounds great and I cannot wait to try it! From Southern Living Magazine-- it says this recipe makes 4 c of pimento cheese and the sandwiches only use 1 1/3 c so plan accordingly!

    Recipe #405675

My mom used to make this as a special treat when we were little. It is sort of like the Brie pastry but she never cared for Brie so she swapped it. It's so easy and pleases everyone. Very rich and creamy it is perfect for an appetizer or party. You can also buy havarti cheese with various spices and herbs mixed in to switch it up a little bit. The havarti with dill is divine. If the cheese leaks out, which it occasionally will even if you think you sealed it well, that is okay. Just scoop it off the pan and pile it on top. It is not as pretty but just as tasty ;) Prep time is to let pastry thaw. Enjoy!

    Recipe #372376

We got our hands on some quality horseradish cheese and I whipped this up with great results. If you do not have horseradish cheese in your local store, try using Monterey Jack cheese with a thin spread of prepared horseradish, as it is very potent. This would also be great with pepper jack! This recipe is only for 2 since I only serve 2 but it is very easy to double. Enjoy!
