We had a family reunion not too long ago. And they served this pizza there. Since the caterers made it, my grandma wouldn't know. But I asked one of the servers and she told me that it was a top secret recipe and that was kinda code for: she didn't know!
I was going to make my favorite chewy chocolate chip bars whose recipe I found here on Zaar. But we ran out of brown sugar just as I took out the crust from the oven. I had a full bag of chocolate chips, and some peanut butter, so I combine them and made these! By the way, they look and taste fabulous with a little powdered sugar sprinkled over top of them!
These cookies are good without the frosting, but taste FANTASTIC with the frosting. These can be made for any occasion and are always elegant, yet casual. (depending on how you decorate them) I promise that you will love this recipe just as much as I do. Work best with cookie cutters.
This recipe has been a family favorite for as long as I can remember. My grandma came up with it years ago, and we have been eating it ever since. I think that if you warm up the cream of chicken and vegetable soup together before cooking, you will get good results. Hope you enjoy this awesome family tradition.
