I was trying to figure out a dish to use up various ingredients that I had in the fridge to keep them from getting out dated and this was the result. Nice and creamy and a new comfort food for our family.

    Recipe #472859

This was brought up to the cabin we stayed at in Stehekin, WA by my cousin by way of her daughter, Cinda. Lovely dish and very tasty. We made the crust with Bisquick because it packs in better than crescent rolls. Either way its a delicious idea.

    Recipe #465327

This was handed down from my grandmother. Even people that don't like rhubarb ask for this.

    Recipe #458086

I got this out of the local paper to use the ham bone from New Years along with a few substitutions and revisions to come up with a very tasty bean soup.

    Recipe #204388

This is so simple but its always a favorite at parties. Variations are almost endless with the choices of salsas available these days. You get to choose hot or mild, chunky or saucy. Personally I love the chunky chipotle kind.

    Recipe #109834

This recipe was handed down from my late mother-in-law and it is a simple yet delicious quick breakfast. My son loves them. Any salsa will work, store bought or homemade, you choose the heat, I prefer the chunky kind. I've also added ham or sausage with the salsa for good results.

    Recipe #67183

This is a recipe my Dad invented that has brought my family many a pleasant winter evening. I have tried many different Irish coffees, this is by far the best ever. If you have a problem with caffeine you can substitute decaf coffee; or we have used 1/2 decaf and 1/2 regular grounds when making the coffee.
