Yum! A classic recipe passed down through my family. I like to use very ripe older bananas for this and put them in a blender or food processor to get them super smooth! Also, use 1/4 cup of milk and 3/4 tsp vinegar for the buttermilk
Very simple marinade! It comes from a neighbor I used to have who made it all the time for her kids. I'm not sure where she got it from and I searched Zaar for it, but couldn't find it. We love to use it on drumsticks, but can be used on wings, thighs, etc.
