I love the curried chicken salad from Claire's Corner Copia in New Haven, CT... this is my effort to recreate it!

    Recipe #359732

    Very Low Calorie!

    Recipe #311792

I love oatmeal but I also need something a little more filling in the mornings. So I added chocolate protein powder to my oatmeal, and it was delicious and very healthy! *notes* 1. if you like it a little sweeter, add some Splenda! 2. You can also substitute the water for milk if you like it creamier 3. You can also vary the flavors. You can use vanilla powder and add cinnamon, bananas, any fruit of your choice, and maybe some honey! I find the chocolate best on its own though.

    Recipe #310838

Delicious and light tomato-based soup. A dollop of fresh hummus on top tastes unbelievable ! *Note: Depending on how brothy you like your soup, you can just adjust the amount of liquid. So if you want it to be more like a stew, use less water and stock, and if you want it to be more like a light soup, add more.

    Recipe #299681

I just created this recipe today and had it for lunch. It was just delicious... I have a bit of a sweet tooth and this was the perfect lunch for a cold, rainy day. At first I thought the ingredients sounded strange, but all together it tastes great! This is very low fat, low sugar, and vegan! *Note: make sure to serve in bowls and get a lot of the sweet broth. Also, adjust the amount of artifical sweetener according to your liking. Like I said, I have a sweet tooth, so I put in 4 single-serving packets of Splenda.

    Recipe #299197

This is a redone version of the classic Hershey's hot chocolate recipe. Its delicious and a wonderful chocolate fix! * See cook's note
