    I got this recipe from my mom's recipe card collection!! She said it was a really good bread...I tried it and agreed, it is amazing!! I made it with whole wheat flour (4 3/4 cups) and it turned out great. Instead of making it into loaves I made it into dinner rolls and it worked really well. The written recipe was a little vague about cook time and rising time so I used other recipes as a guideline so what I have written in the recipe isn't necessarily correct, you can adjust it as you see fit. The cook time is pretty much a guess as I made mine into rolls which took only about 10 minutes to bake so you may just have to keep an eye on it while it's baking. Prep. time listed includes rising time. Enjoy!!

    I found this recipe in one of my cooking light magazines. These biscuits are easy to make and they have a great taste. I used 3 C. white flour and 2 C. wheat flour and vegetable oil instead of the shortening and they turned out perfect!!

    This is a recipe my husband created when we were out of all season salt, now when frying up tator tots or french fries we only use this seasoning mix!! Since we don't have a deep fryer, we usually pan fry our tator tots and then toss them with this seasoning. They taste awesome!! We use sea salt so that the sodium isn't as high. If you choose to use regular salt you may need to adjust the amount of salt added to get the right taste. Also tastes great on hashbrowns or diced potatoes!!

    These potato wedges taste awesome!! They have just the right amount of spice to be hot, but not overwhelmingly hot. I like that they are baked and not deep fried so it cuts out a lot of the fat, they are super simple to make, and taste great.

    This is a recipe I got out of Cooking Light Magazine. I thought it tasted awesome especially since it is also good for you!! I made a few changes from the original recipe: I skipped the olive oil and only used cooking spray, skipped the added salt, and the fresh basil (as I didn't have any available). The only other change that I made was I added the onions to the pan at the beginning with the rice and garlic. I thought that it turned out great and think I will make it the same way next time.

    This is an altered version of recipe #39922. After all the changes I made I realized that this is a completely different recipe so I decided to post it. I wanted to get the same taste that you would get with Aloopsies or Cabbage rolls and I think I was able to do that with this recipe. I really like Aloopsies but, they are a lot of work and take time to make...this is a quick and simple way to get the same great taste without the all the time and effort!!

    I found this in a 2007 issue of cooking light and finally got around to trying it. It was awesome!! I didn't use the fresh cilantro that is added at the end and I didn't really agree with their cook time of 2 minutes on the beef so I cooked mine until the outsides were no longer pink probably 6 to 8 minutes or so. I did find it a little bit saucy so I am personally going to lower the soy sauce by 1 tablespoon next time I make it but, it is definitely a keeper.

    This is my mother-in-law's three bean salad recipe...I'm not sure where she originally got it from but, it is my husbands favorite salad. It is a very simple, great tasting salad. The recipe calls for kidney beans but, you can use any kind of beans you like. We have used northern beans and my mother-in-law suggested using black beans.

    This is a recipe that my mother-in-law makes every Christmas. These potatoes are delicious!! Just keep in mind that the the potatoes are supposed to be boiled and put in the refrigerator for 24 hours so you kinda have to plan ahead when making these potatoes but, it's worth the wait!!     This is a recipe that I was given by my mother-in-law. This is a great simple recipe and the paprika taste is just perfect. The only thing I do differently is minus the salt. You can make this with boneless chicken as well.

    This is a recipe I found in Cooking Light. Besides being an awesome tasting chili, I really like this recipe because it uses stew meat instead of ground beef. It was very chunky and not overly spicy, a great recipe. The only thing that I did differently was to completely cook up the beef at the beginning and then I just cooked it for 10 to 15 minutes until it was heated at the end instead of simmering it for 1 1/2 hours as directed. Very good chili!!

    I got this recipe from the Biggest Loser Cookbook. I have made it with both tofu and chicken and both times it tasted great!! When I use chicken I only use 6 oz. instead of the 12 oz. called for if using tofu. Very great taste, may be slightly too salty for some, but I really enjoy this dish!!

    I found this recipe in a cooking light magazine and thought it tasted great and was very simple to make. The only part that didn't work so well was getting my dumplings to cook as there wasn't a whole lot of liquid left after adding the beans and tomatoes. So, I am going to try adding just a little more vegetable broth or water next time so that my dumplings cook up better. I just really like the taste of this soup.
