These are little breakfast frittatas made in a muffin pan and can be refrigerated or frozen and heated as needed. Great for those on-the-go mornings and/or when you are low carbing. A complete breakfast in a muffin.

    Recipe #495726

This is the vanilla buttercream frosting printed on the back of WIlliams Sonoma's cupcake mixes. Made this and found it to be very simple, yet wonderful. Perfect for generously frosting a dozen cupcakes!

    Recipe #495525

These are a kid and family favorite and what makes them unique is the addition of Stove Top stuffing and a cup of French's french fried onions (the kind you use in green bean casseroles, ground up in the blender). Five ingredients you usually have on hand is all it takes. These cook quickly and dinner is on the table in a snap.

    Recipe #450869

This rice goes with everything and has much more flavor than plain white rice. The recipe comes from the famed Columbia Restaurant which started in Ybor City, FL and now has locations throughout Florida. Easy to make and very flavorful; I especially like the texture...not sticky, not greasy, just right.

    Recipe #449300

From Epicurious.com, January 2003, these are amazing...my all-time favorite bran muffin!!!! Credit goes to Judith Cadigan of Swarthmore, PA. You can keep the batter in the refrigerator and make a batch or a single muffin when the mood strikes... Batter keeps in an airtight container, chilled, 1 month. Baked muffins keep in an airtight container 3 days. • If you're not baking a full pan of muffins, fill empty muffin cups three-fourths full with water.

    Recipe #443605

From Bon Appetit, August 2008, this takes plain creamed onions to a new level with the addition of applewood smoked bacon, wine and fresh herbs.

    Recipe #441058

Bon Appetit, November 2009. 100% of those who tried and reviewed this recipe said they'd make it again. That speaks volumes!

    Recipe #441053

Nut tarts are often too sweet, but this one is made perfect with the addition of tart cranberries. Another long-time holiday tradition dish in my home, this was originally published in Bon Appetit in January, 1991 and was so popular it appeared again in November, 2003. Prep time includes chilling time for the dough.

    Recipe #441052

A long-time Thanksgiving favorite in my household, this recipe was originally published in the 1991 November issue of Bon Appetit.

    Recipe #441051

You've heard of "everything" bagels...well, this is the homemade bread version. Credit goes to the wonderful blog, "RealMom Kitchen" and is one of her posts in the Bake For the Cure food blogger contest. Please note that cooking time does not include rising time.

    Recipe #440097

This recipe is the result of much trial and error, combining my favorite components of several recipes and experimenting with the spices. It makes a thick, tasty chili and is easy to make with ingredients you typically have on hand. For those of you that prefer chili without beans, you can use two cans of refried beans instead of one and there won't be any whole beans in the chili, but the flavor will be there, and it yields a thick, meaty chili.

    Recipe #439963

Adapted from a Guy Fieri recipe published in More Diners, Drive-ins and Dives. I made a few modifications and added shrimp. This is a fantastic gumbo!!!

    Recipe #438153

From Bon Appetit, September, 2004, this is a recipe from a Pittsburgh restaurant, "Dish Osteria and Bar". I made it without the polenta and the duck with the lingonberry sauce was amazing. This is a restaurant quality dish and not at all difficult to make. It was a huge hit at our house. Note that the required refrigeration time for the sauce and polenta are not included in the cooking time.

    Recipe #436071

This recipe was posted on the pinchmysalt.com website; credit goes to Nicole. I was looking for something special to make for my daughters for the first day of school and these fit the bill. They were a huge hit and they made the kitchen smell AMAZING while they were cooking! We left out the walnuts because we aren't big on nuts in baked goods and increased the raisins to about 3/4 cup and these turned out perfectly.

    Recipe #435896

Posted on request, this is taken from Lindsey Shere's book, "Chez Panisse Desserts", which contains dessert recipes from the restaurant's longtime pastry chef.

    Recipe #435823

This recipe is from the Forking Delicious website. Because it uses all freshly squeezed lime, lemon and orange juices and premium ingredients for the alcohol, it is truly the best margarita I've ever tasted. The recipe is for one drink so just double, triple, quadruple the recipe until you get the right number of servings! :-) Enjoy...this is one GOOD margarita!

    Recipe #434691

This is an entree salad that combines all you need for your meal in a bowl. Served with a raspberry vinaigrette or poppy seed dressing, the flavor of the berries, fresh spinach, chicken and feta cheese pops with flavor. Toasted walnuts add crunch. Everyone I've served this to has loved it...hope you enjoy it, too. Add some freshly sliced bread and in 20 minutes you have a delicious meal.

    Recipe #433225

3-ingredient cookies that take you down memory lane...these take no time at all to make and kids just LOVE them...this was taken from the Picky Palate food blog.

    Recipe #427765

Delicious summery salad from the Evil Shenanigans cooking blog. Bursting with flavors from the avocado, mango, lime chicken, black beans, cilantro, sesame oil and jalepeno...ENJOY! Note that prep time includes 30 minutes of marinating time.
