    Recipe #337928

Making corn on the cob can be a pain and heat up your kitchen in the summer when you have to boil lots of water. Make it easier and faster with a pressure cooker!

    Recipe #312671

A tweak on one of my top rated recipes. A thick salsa with bold flavors that's sure to please.

    Recipe #302594

Submitted for RSC #11. These decadent mini souffles make a great appetizer or are delicious alongside a steak or roast. I posted these in a reduced fat version, but if you want to make them full fat just 2 eggs for the egg beaters, and regular evaporated milk for the fat free type.

    Recipe #283085

Rich, Frothy, cold, and delicious, and you can't even tell its low fat!

    Recipe #278391

From Weight Watchers: Simply the Best, 250 Award Winning Recipes. Delicious as-is, or even better topped with a glaze and some jam. 3 points per serving.

    Recipe #257828

A lightened up version of a breakfast favorite. You can make it even more points-friendly by substituting whole wheat flour for part of the AP Flour.

    Recipe #252350

    4 Weight Watchers points/serving

    Recipe #245827

A German style noodle or dumpling- great in Turkey soup, or tossed in butter and breadcrumbs.

    Recipe #201267

Spicy fried potatoes topped in salsa, cheese, and sour cream.

    Recipe #184086

Taken from the Williams-Sonoma website. A delicious coffee cake, even DH loved it!

    Recipe #184082

Have you ever made country ribs in under an hour? Now you can! A pressure cooker cuts cooking time by more than half!

    Recipe #174764

A spicy but not too hot, hearty and healthy red Chili.

    Recipe #174375

This is a recipe I came up with to use up a whole bunch of salsa that I made (see Leah's food processor salsa). My favorite mexican dish is Arroz con pollo, and have a hard time finding any restaurants that make it to my liking. This is a simple and delicious dish. Please note that this recipe uses rice that is already cooked.

    Recipe #159911

If you like salsa that doesn't have that thick texture like Pace- that's more like restaurant salsa- this one is for you. The heat can easily be adjusted by changing the quantity/type of peppers. I would say that following the recipe would give you a "medium" heat salsa.

    Recipe #159906

Easy to make rice like you get at the mexican restaurant. Cooks up in your rice cooker without any fuss, mess or stirring! Haven't tried it- but could be made on the stovetop in a covered pot.

    Recipe #159900

This recipe was taken from a Williams-sonoma catalog. Stuffed with shrimp and pork, they are basically the only egg rolls I will eat. They are great dipped in plum sauce, or with just plain soy sauce

    Recipe #149369

Yummy roasted butternut squash with a zesty flavor.

    Recipe #338401

I made up this recipe to recreate the "Beefalo Chili" at a little burger joint that I frequent. Rich, mild and delicious. Lean 93/7 ground beef can be used in place of the buffalo if you can't find it.

    Recipe #335871

One of my hubby's favorite dinners lightened up.

    Recipe #312862
