I got this from watchin Rachel Ray from the food network. These things are great. They make making breakfast burritos so easy and with less dishware. Options are endless once the egg wraps are done. I make breakfast burritos by using the same skillet, after my egg wrap has been done, to cook up some onions, peppers, and canadian bacon, then i throw it all together, roll it up and delve in

I just made this recipe tonight and it is grub, either as a delicious one pot meal, topped with a fried egg or over easy egg(which I do with all my fried rice), or combined with something like mac and cheese or vegetables. You can make it healthy using turkey sausage as I did. The pure Euphoria you'll feel from the heat buzz will leave you dazzled. I didn't include the time it takes to cook the rice or sausage in my prep and cook times.

This is a great pizza idea for people looking to cut back on carbs and fat. I tried it with a Hawaiian pizza (pineapples and canadian bacon) and it was awesome. I'm already thinking about my next creation. I'm thinkin' about a barbecue chicken pizza. I like to eat a lot and I ate two portobello mushroom pizzas and came out feeling a little full. Hope you all enjoy.
