    This green smoothie is like the dessert of green smoothies, haha. It is unbelievably creamy and delicious. And it leaves your mouth feeling so refreshed. Mangoes are really high in fiber and have lots of health benefits! I found a recipe similar to this in a book called Green For Life, but I altered it a tad. I find that people new to green smoothies might want to use a little less greens to start off, in order to get yourself acclimated to it.

    I altered the ingredients to make a lasagna for the more health-conscious. My boyfriend is not a health freak but LOVED this dish. Very easy to freeze leftovers and just pop back in the oven for 1.5 hours when you want to have it again for dinner. Let me know what you think! --_^

    I whipped this sugar-free snack up last night because I wanted something that resembled a fruit crisp, but without the calories, of course. I find I am not impressed with baked foods containing granulated splenda, but I do enjoy items I buy at the store containing splenda, such as sugar-free maple syrup, chocolate syrup, hot cocoa, etc. So I came up with this which is very easy and yummy and versatile! (play around with different fruits, different cereals, added ingredients...) Also, amazing topped with Free Cool Whip. And just to let you know, all of these ingredients can be adjusted, in amounts, to your own personal liking. Let me know how you like it! ^_^

    Green smoothies sound gross, but believe me, with fruit added, they are sweet and tasty, and unbelievably healthy. Not to mention you are getting lots of water, which helps fill you up more and studies show most Americans do not drink enough (thus making them more likely to eat more food.) Anyway, it's a really good and versatile drink, and I found a bunch of recipes that I've altered in a book I got called, Green For Life. Hope you enjoy!
