We have not found a banana bread recipe we like as much as this one my husband's mother has used forever. Moist, with lots of great banana taste. Hands down, the kids like it best with 3/4 cup chocolate chips added. Very easy, and makes 2 shorter loaves, one to keep, and one to give away.
This recipe has only three ingredients and is so easy to make. It is meant to satisfy the chocolate craving when trying to diet. Great taste for a dessert with low calories and zero fat. You can't taste the pumpkin in the batter, so even the kids enjoy these!
