After being inspired by many breakfast burrito recipes on Zaar, I came up with my own version. I didn't have a big enough pan for many of the other recipes! This still makes a lot! Adding crushed red pepper after you have rolled up your mild ones makes this a recipe for your whole family. I wrap the burritos up in wax paper and put them back in the tortilla bags since we go through them so fast...they NEVER last us a month! I make these every other week because we eat them almost every day. Hope you enjoy my version!

    Recipe #325123

Pronounced Shaw-nay-nay's. Best friend told me this recipe and my husband can't get enough of it...neither can the rest of my friends and family. Personally, I like to try new marinades, but I have to make this one often because of the requests! I have only used Sweet Baby Ray's regular BBq Sauce, and usually I have Kraft zesty or homemade italian dressing. Hope your family doesn't like it as much as mine...then you'll barely get to make anything else...and if you do, they'll complain that you didn't make the one with the BBq and the Italian dressing...it's ridiculous.

My friends and family request this often...even those who don't like meatloaf! Sometimes I put minced carrot or rutabaga in for extra texture if I have some in the fridge. I serve it with mashed potatoes with the skins left on and corn. Comfort food at it's comfiest! Use 1 lb. ground turkey to make it a lighter dish, your family won't even know! I also use my stand up mixer to save on time and mess in the kitchen.

Growing up these were my very favorite cookies. My Aunt Georgia would make dozens of these during the holidays, along with many other of her scrumptious desert specialties. I was fortunate that she shared her recipes with me before she passed on. Now I make the goodies and these are still a favorite, especially with my Mom and Sister. She only used Land O' Lakes butter and I've found that if I use any other brand they just don't taste like Aunt Georgia's. I hope you enjoy them as much as I do!

    Recipe #291376

The original recipe came from my Aunt Debbie, and it used ham. I use canned chicken for convenience, but you could use any leftover cooked chicken. The french fried onions are what makes you go back for another bowl, use more or less to suit your taste! Use whole wheat noodles to make it a lil' healthier. I also like to coat my casserole dish with cooking spray to make clean up easier. This is a great dish for potlucks too.
