    These cookies are sure to be safe in any school! And taste awesome too! One of our children started at a new school this year and it turns out to be a nut and egg free school because of the seriousness of the allergies that some of the children that go there have. As a result my wife started scouring different recipes for snacks that were egg and nut free to send along with our daughter for school. She didn't really like any of the ones she tried so she ended up creating her own out of a combination of all the cookie recipes she tried. Hope you enjoy them as much as we do.

    Never thought beer can chicken would taste so good! First time I've tried it. My whole family was really impressed. We couldn't stop eating it untill it was completly gone! lol. I didn't have any actual beer cans so I just emptied out a soup tin and used that instead.

    Just made this the other day when we had company down. the rub that's on there along with the smoke infused from the charcoal make this a great tasting dish. serve with roasted potatoes to make it even better.

    I actually got the basic idea from a Weber's Charcoal Grilling cook book, although I used a totally different barbecue sauce. This is the first time I've ever slow cooked ribs over charcoal and believe me - it really does make a huge difference. We've been doing ribs for years by boiling them, and then baking or barbecuing them and we've always enjoyed them. But slow cooking them over live fire just seems to add something that you can't get anywhere else! If you've got the time, and they're done right, you are going to love these!

    These are the best pancakes that we've ever tried. It was originally just a pancake recipe passed down from my mother which we have enjoyed for a number of years. The only change we have made was adding cinnamon. We love to eat them hot with butter melting over them and smothered in Aunt Jamima's pancake syrup. Awesome for Saturday morning breakfast. And it only takes about 15 minutes! Fry up some bacon or Breakfast sausage to make it even better.
