Use this recipe to rub into your meat the night before you grill. It's a two step process. This recipe is for baby back ribs, you can increase the seasoning by eye if you have regular spare ribs. I use the smoking method of grilling, I set the coals on one side of the grill and set a pan of water above the coals. The ribs are placed on the opposite side of the grill and flipped every hour or every half hour.
