    I was obsessed with this dish from Macaroni Grille when I was pregnant. This is the closest I could come to recreating it at home so it didn't cost so much! This is also great without the chicken. Make totally vegetarian by substituting veggie broth for the chicken broth! I have also used fat free half and half for the heavy cream with decent results but in order to make the dish as rich and creamy as they do, you need to use the heavy cream.

    Aired on Sunny Anderson's show "Cooking for Real". We just saw it recently and it sounds great so I am posting here for safekeeping! :) The recipe calls for fresh herbs and I think if I were to make it at home I would certainly use dried dill -- probably 1/8 to 1/4 of a tsp, or to taste! Prep time is marinade time.

    DH and I just saw this on a re-run of Paula Deen the other day! It sounded so good! I had some leftover baked potatoes so we turned them into these! We only used cheese and the sour cream mixture on ours but cover with your favorite fixins! It is really the grilling that makes them sooooo good! Serving size depends on if they are your meal or a side or an appetizer!

    So here is the story behind me and mushy peas. I love peas, but I don't like mushy peas (like the kind that come out of a can mushy, not like this recipe mushy), so when I read about mushy peas and fish and chips, my curiosity was piqued -- the description sounded good. So of course I went in search of a recipe. I have no looked back! This is so good! I eat it when we have real fish and chips and when we have grilled fish and sweet potato chips! It is also a great side for pork chops or potroast in place of the mashed potatoes! I found this on sometime back in 2008. Very good!

    My favorite way to make croutons for a greek salad or for a ceasar salad. They will keep in an airtight container for 3-4 days in your pantry. We love these! Also, good for brushing on pita bread before toasting to make pita chips! I found this in a food magazine and altered it to make it more to our taste, but I cannot remember which magazine!

    This recipe is all over the web, and it is usually touted as the PF Chang's recipe. I don't know if it the same, as the waiter told me the chicken was lightly breaded in potato flour. So I might try it that way too. Also, I have not tried this yet, but I am OBSESSED with their lunch bowl of Crispy Honey Chicken, so I had to go searching for a recipe! Serve over brown rice, white rice or crispy noodles! We like brown rice best!!! Cook time is my best guess!
