Great chicken for caesar salad. I always had a hard time with the seasoning for the chicken, but this is nummy!

    Recipe #422063

This was inspired by a dish at a local restaurant. Nummy!

    Recipe #420905

This soup always makes me think of summers on the farm. Nothing like fresh green beans and potatoes. Mmmm. You could also use frozen green beans, but add them when the potatoes are about 5 minutes from done, apx 10 minutes into boiling.

    Recipe #420035

I love hash browns, and knew I could make them at home, and eventually I figured out a tasty recipe! The two big things for me that really made them better was the soaking and the steaming.

    Recipe #418663

A fairly standard breakfast taco. I like to put in it in the microwave for 1 minute or grill on my George Foreman Grill to get the cheese all nice and melty.

    Recipe #289582

I got this recipe from my mom, changing a few things to suit my own taste. It keeps in the fridge wonderfully. This recipe makes several servings, so I like to make a batch and eat the rest over the next week. You can also use a bag of frozen vegetable with whatever veggies you prefer, instead of the canned veggies.

    Recipe #289575

My fiance loves chicken fajitas, so I came to this recipe through trial and error. It can be rather spicy, so don't use the jalapenos if you don't like it hot.
