Don't let the name fool you, there's tomatoes, cucumbers, onions etc in this delicious salad. One of my personal favorites, and so far everyone that's had it has just loved it. And considering the health benefits of it, what a plus!

    Recipe #448079

This is a recipe that I used to make all the time when I lived with my parents and was pretty much everyones favorites. Since I've been married, I only make them every once in a while, but only because we try to eat healthier, otherwise these would ALWAYS be in the cookie jar lol. They disappear really fast, especially when family/friends get wind that I made them. The greatest compliment to a recipe I think. I hope YOU enjoy! =D

    Recipe #448078

I got this recipe from a tear out recipe magazine ages ago, and only make this one during Christmas parties as it is very rich and delictable. It's always fun to see the people attack it...I rarely have more than crumbs left, so I know it's a keeper. The bourbon is purely optional, but it seems to be everyones preference. Enjoy!

    Recipe #441662

This is a regular and favorite in my family. It was out of a crock pot magazine I saw on the shelves one day and I've been loving it ever since. It's easy to make, and is a great combination of healthy and comfort food. I am typing it as is in the magazine, but I personally don't use the jalapeno pepper, any extra salt and I use salt-free chicken broth. No one seems to notice anything missing. We try keep the sodium low for the most part, but to each their own! =D

Another recipe from my Huckleberry Cookbook. I haven't made this, personally, yet, but I also haven't found a recipe out of this cookbook that hasn't sent everyone into "mmm's". So I hope you like it! :) Note: You can also forego the blueberries all together, and just use 2 cups huckleberries. It's up to you.

    Recipe #437361

From my Huckleberry Cookbook, a friend gave me. I haven't tried it yet, but it sounds divine! And for the terrible lack of huckleberry recipes on here, I thought it'd be good to throw it out there for you, in case, like me, you haven't even seen a huckleberry until you were 27, let alone know what to do with one lol

    Recipe #437360

A friend of mine gave me a Huckleberry cookbook and a gallon of huckleberries. Once I found this recipe, that gallon of huckleberries didn't last long. It's texture and flavor is amazing, and it's super easy! I have even doubled this recipe without any trouble. It also freezes well. I hope you like it as much as we do! As a side note: Our elevation is 5000+ feet above sea level so cooking time may vary based on where your located.

    Recipe #432598

This is the 'fitness buffs' version of this DELICIOUS recipe. My husband is the creator if the FitWall and this is one of his favorite recipes. Less sodium, and more protien. Extremely good for you and amazingly delicious! Enjoy!

    Recipe #421681

This cake is my brother's and husbands absolute favorite, even over cakes without vegetables in them lol. It's actually a spoof off of another zucchini cake on this site, but with a lot of tweaking for my health concious family. Though, really, by the time I frost it, the health part is minimal. The flavor though is fantastic! I hope you like as much as we do :)

    Recipe #394599

My husband and brother (both health buffs) LOVE this recipe. So easy to make and they do seem to disappear fast.

    Recipe #394334

When I was a newlywed, my husband was big on health and nutrition (still is, actually), but for the life of me, I had NO idea how to cook chicken. This is a recipe you can use on almost any chicken breast, I've discovered, and it will turn out well, whether you have it coated with anything or not. I've been cooking for both my brother and husband for several years now, and they are happy to brag up my chicken. So apparently something's being done right ;D

    Recipe #389152

This is the easiest, fastest and tastiest recipe I've found to date for sloppy Jo's! My family loves them! I never put mustard in them before, but it definitely brings out a great flavor! Enjoy!

    Recipe #358422

This is a family special I grew up with my mom making almost every saturday. It puffs beautifully and looks so complicated, but I've found (with my own family) it's easier than any other breakfast I can make, besides cereal. It impresses guests like you wouldn't believe. My husband still brags about how his wife is such the gourmet...no one needs to know how easy it really is <wink wink hint nudge>

    Recipe #350593

A 'on the go' meal that my hubby and I love. Its basically my version of an egg sandwich, without the actual bread. A lot of times my sweety doesn't have time for breakfast before he leaves, but he likes his protein meals, so voila! I came up with this! This is very versitile, so don't be shy experimenting with it :)

    Recipe #350566

After borrowing my mums dehydrator, I lost my mind and started dehydrating everything. When I suddenly remembered all the gamey meat, I refuse to eat (I hate the gamey flavor), I decided to try making it into jerky, that I knew my husband at least, would like. After searching the internet over, I found this one, and added my own hutspuh to it. It turned out so well, I even like it! And everyone I've offered it to wants more. I've made it with beef, deer and elk now, and it always turns out marvelous! I hope you like as much as we have!

    Recipe #339434

This recipe I actually got the idea for the recipe from "Secretly Delicious Spinach Pie", but I changed it so much it's really more like a whole new recipe. And OH MY! Delicious! I'm not a vegetarian, I love my meats, but I have friends who are and I made this for them. SO good! I'm telling you! Smells wonderful cooking and tastes as good as it smells. Very clean flavor. My friends and familiy all wanted the recipe! And now I'm sharing it with you! =D Enjoy!

    Recipe #311896

I actually threw this together as means of feeding my hungry husband after work, as quickly as possible. And it has turned out to be a hit for everyone I've made it for. Such a thrill when that happens! I will still make it and just put it into the fridge for a fast meal, when I don't have time or when my hubby needs a quick lunch. I hope you like it as much as we do! This is really a versitile recipe, so feel free to experiment. So far I haven't had anyone make suggestions, but I'd love to know what others come up with!

    Recipe #311824

My mom got this recipe from my grandma and its wonderful! My husband loves this with my Hamburger Broccoli Pie recipe, but also said it'd be a great recipe with 'whatever'. So! I hope it works for you too! :D

    Recipe #303371

This is a recipe my mom made during our 'poor' years as kids. And we loved it! Our friends too in fact, so much so that when they knew she was making it for supper, they'd want to just 'hang around a little longer' after school. And now it's one of my hubbys favorites! A great recipe with 'on hand' ingredients! I hope you like as much as we do!

    Recipe #303366

The most unlikely of recipes that quickly becomes a favorite! It's will remind you of carrot cake, but with it's own twist. Good the first day, better every day after, since the spices really flair with time. It's very impressive to anyone who tries it, and though it seems time extensive, it's really not too bad. It did come off the Cambells recipe website, if you want to look up a picture there :)
