    This came out of The Harrowsmith Cookbook Vol 3. It is like a baked version of salmon patties. I made mine gluten-free by using GF breadcrumbs. The original recipe calls for 1 tsp sage, but I normally use dill in my patties, so I used that instead.

    We found this recipe in BH&G Snack Attack Kids' Cookbook. They call it Match Point Malts. We left out the malt to make it gluten-free, but I'm sure it would be delicious with it.

    This is a delicious smoothie that only uses 4 ingredients .The basis for this recipe came from a smoothie recipe book, but I improvised on a couple of ingredients to use what I had on hand. It is so tasty! I use an 8oz can of mango nectar from the Asian market. I really like Trader Joe's Vanilla and Cream yogurt cups. My local grocery (Meijer's) carries frozen mango chunks - which makes this very easy. Make sure your fruit is frozen ahead of time. The smoothie is richer and doesn't require ice.

    I really like Campbell's Bean and Ham soup, but it's not gluten-free. This recipe helps to satisfy that craving even tho' it isn't exactly the same. I pulled this recipe from a bonus pack from Taste of Home. It doesn't list who submitted the recipe. I added a couple of ingredients as well.
