from about.com Nutritional Information: Each of 8 servings has 2 grams of effective carbohydrate plus 4 grams of fiber, 6 grams of protein, and 334 calories.

    Recipe #331790

These are unbelievable in that they have NO flour, NO oats, NO gluten, NO starches of any sort. They are tender and must be turned carefully, but not inordinately so. And they are delicious! I use Lean Dessert Banana Nut Bread Protein, but use your favorite flavor of protein powder and just adjust the calories/carbs to match the protein powder you are using. Adjust the amount of EggBeaters by the thickness of the batter. Some protein powders are thicker than others. My independent nutritional analysis, using 1/2 Cup Egg Beaters and no additional Splenda, says: Per serving of 2 pancakes: 245 Calories, Fat: 6 grams, Carbohydrate: 15 grams, Protein : 45 grams.

    Recipe #318577

This recipe is from the 1974 edition of Mother's In the Kitchen, the official cookbook of La Leche League. My copy is worn, but in surprisingly good condition. I'm copying this recipe here for safekeeping

    Recipe #299673

This is my own creation, made from trial and error. It has the unique taste of sweetened condensed milk, along with my other two favorite flavors: chocolate and coffee. This recipe may need a little more or a little less water, depending on how pourable you want it to be.

    Recipe #296590

This recipe is contributed by a couple of friends of mine who have 'eclectic' tastes. Both artists, they could never be considered conventional.

    Recipe #294570

    Recipe #294554

Source is unknown, but probably a low carb venue

    Recipe #294059

    Recipe #292097

This was adapted from a Weight Loss Surgery recipe site. Mine tastes better, is lower carb, and you don't have to figure out what to do with the orange pulp.

    Recipe #292093

I have been making this so long, I don't remember where I got it from. Be careful of the Almond Extract - too much will make it bitter
