The first time I attempted a falafel recipe it didn't go well and I was really disappointed. Luckily I didn't give up and soon found this awesome go-to falafel that's easy to make! These freeze up great and heat up quick when needed. They don't last very long in our house. The first time I made these my fiance was shoveling falafel and veggie pitas into mouth & asking 'whatever were these were made with' - When I told him they were not only vegetarian but healthy it gave him but a seconds pause. Then he ate 3 more!

Just a quick last minute recipe that came together very well!

    Recipe #449337

I made these for the Super Bowl Party we attended. The won-tons attended the game but were not available for comment after halftime as they had mysteriously vanished.

    Recipe #448491

This is my favorite way to eat peas! The recipe was adapted from The Splendid Table and its called 'How to Eat Supper'. This book is full of amazing recipies.

    Recipe #447776

There are limitless options for additions and subtractions but this is my favorite nightly smoothie.

    Recipe #445954

I couldn't decide for Rosemary potatoes or Au Gratin ones so I mashed the recipies together and viola! This came out creamy smoothe with a nice herby finish, the gruyere cheese certainly makes this a keeper too. The top cooks up lovely and bubbly and this dish would look amazing on any holiday table. If you do not have the fresh herbs on hand I would think dry would do just fine.

This casserole is so good you won't be able to find the leftovers! Super simple and delicious this recipe falls together without hassle. It makes a large amount but there wasn't a lot left after all the second helpings.

    Recipe #316474

Scrumptious marinade! If you have the time this has the FLAVOR. I have made this recipie a number of times and it always comes out amazing. Even the boyfriend forgoes the streak sauce when I make this. You can marinade a short few hours but if you have the 24 hours this is the marinade you've been waiting for!

    Recipe #304808

This recipe was compiled from many others - there are quite a few already posted here for potato and ham soup but this is a hearty winner! The flavor is stellar and the big pot didn't last once the boyfriend found it! Served with a simple cornbread this is a full meal.

This was an excellent excellent 1st attempt at traditional Irish dinner fare. This turned out amazing & the flavor was full and delicious! It does have a lot of ingredients but don't be dismayed - it is a rather simple preparation (1 pot) & it is anything but bland - YUMMY! This dinner does have a long cooking time but the effort is well worth the reward! Don't wait for the holiday to enjoy it.

    Recipe #292897

This recipe was assembled montage style from a few others. It grew into itself and turned out so fabulously that I had to post it. It does have quite a few ingrediants, some are optional for taste but it is super easy to make! It's great to serve alone, over cooked noodles or with a fine green salad.
