Cuban recipe altered for crock pot. Can be served over rice or just in bowls with tortillas.

    Recipe #495804

Delicious combination of spices. You can use legs or thighs but breasts are not recommended. The meat falls right off the bone! I serve this with lemon couscous.

    Recipe #485212

My sister made this for us when she visited... and YUM! "Rich and easy to make, this dish is elegant enough for company."

    Recipe #465729

Propoints Value 9. From my colleague, Emma!

    Recipe #449223

    Recipe #441211

Nigella's and she calls them "embarassingly easy". I've made it and I agree... very yummy for very little effort, though a bit messy.

    Recipe #404604

From Sainsburys - a recipe freebie. We had this last night and it was really flavorful.

    Recipe #392933

This came from the BBC's tv program Economy Gastronomy. They served this as part of a whole meal as a side dish with roast lamb. We made the whole meal, too, but the salad was the best part! This could be a main dish for a veggie meal.

    Recipe #391117

This came from Sainsbury’s free in-store recipes, “Feed Your Family for a Fiver” campaign. It is not as aromatic and complex flavoured as many Moroccan chicken recipes are, but it is mighty tasty for a quick week-night meal! When I made it, I used chicken breasts instead of the thighs. If you do so, you may need to use a bit more olive oil to brown them.

    Recipe #364514

Someone gave me a photocopy of this recipe - unsure of its original source. Note in the US fresh coriander = cilantro.

    Recipe #344569

This comes from a BBC TV series: Chinese Food Made Easy. The chef is Ching-He Huang. She calls this "celebration food" - to be shared with friends and family at special occasions.

    Recipe #344568

In the UK what Americans call jell-o is called jelly. What Americans call jelly, Brits call jam. My bilingual life is fascinating... ha! So, this is to comfort someone with a cold or sore throat... very soothing. It comes from In the Mood for Food. Note: Cooking time is for chilling... there really is no cooking involved.

    Recipe #344567

From: In the Mood for Food. Its rich, its creamy -- its deliciously comforting.

    Recipe #344199

    Recipe #282070

From my Indonesian friend... she says you can use any vegetables that you have. What makes it special are the eggs and the dressing.

    Recipe #282033

From "Light Bites" Note: Prep time includes 20 minutes for salmon to be left standing -- see first direction.

    Recipe #281924

This is simple and delicious as a main dish salad. (It came from a free grocery store magazine!) Serve with some warm crusty bread and a glass of wine.

    Recipe #204874

Packed with lovely fresh ingredients. Cooking time includes roasting the chicken

    Recipe #204664

Fantastic. Serve in espressor or demitasse size cups. A full coffee cup is way too much.

    Recipe #168049

    Simple and perfect.
