This is an America's Test Kitchen Recipe.

    Recipe #505421

From the California Pizza Kitchen Cookbook.

    Recipe #460106

I have only used Betty Croker brand cake mix, do not know how other brands will work. This torte is super yummy and easy to make.

    Recipe #460068

This is the easies pizza sauce to make. My son and I came up with this sauce. You need few ingredients and I think you will probably have all of them on hand. This will make 3 or 4 pizzas depending on their size. Cooking time is the time the sauce has to simmer. I have not tried freezing the sauce, but I think it would freeze well. Please feel free to adjust the seasoning to your liking.

    Recipe #460066

This my adaptation of a no bake cheesecake. You can serve it plain or add fresh fruit. Sometimes I make a strawberry topping and spoon over the slices of cheesecake. Please note that the cooking time is the refrigeration time.

    Recipe #459940

Adjust the vinegar and oil to your liking. Also to sliver the garlic thinly; I used the method shown in the movie "Goodfellas" when Paulie is slicing the garlic with a blade. It work perfectly.

    Recipe #459747

I came up with this recipe when my son was a toddler. He was a very picky eater and this was one of the few things he would actually eat. To this day I still make it often, he still asks for it; he's 9 now. If you don't have peas and carrots on hand, just use peas!

    Recipe #459744

This is a recipe I got from one of my aunt's she is from Chihuahua, Mexico. A traditional cookie from that region of Mexico.

    Recipe #459266

My version of this delicious greek soup.

    Recipe #459265

Another one of my grandmother's recipes. Great with mashed potatoes or white rice.

    Recipe #459264

This is my recipe for Salpicon. Traditionally it is served on top of tostadas. This is great recipe for get-togethers as it feed a very large crowd. The more you let it sit, once it is finished; the better it tastes. Enjoy! NOTE: The measurements for the olive oil, vinegar, olives and oregano are approximations. I always eyeball. Sorry! Just adjust as you go along. Also, for the chiles use as many as you like. If you like things mild, use 1 or 2. If you like it spicy use 4 or 5; which is what I use most of the time. Make sure the chiles are the pickled kind not fresh, it won't work with fresh chiles.

    Recipe #459263

Easy weeknight dinner. Serve with Garlic Mashed Potatoes, Broccoli or Green Salad. Enjoy!

    Recipe #458080

From Taste of Home magazine. I just made these and they are delicious. Please note that prep and cooking times do not include time for the dough to rise.

    Recipe #455874

Adapted from Bobby Flay's "Bold American Food" Book. This scrumptious dessert offers a double twist: pumpkin without the pie and bread pudding that goes pumpkiny. The first step is to make the pumpkin bread, which needs to get stale for a few days, so advance preparation is not only possible but recommended. Make the custard the day of serving.

    Recipe #442392

Wonderful as a side dish or a light lunch.

    Recipe #442038

Over the years, I have tried many chili recipes. So far, I haven't tried one that I absolutely loved. I took a few recipes for chili that we have liked and I tweaked them to come up with my own. I made this for dinner tonight, everyone enjoyed and decided to post it here before I forget what I actually put in it. Notice the onion is grated, the reasons for this is that my dh HATES onion with a passion. I do this to fool him!! Also, the spices are just an estimate because I was eyeballing and adjusted all of them until they were to my liking.

    Recipe #439931

This is the way my mom makes mexican coleslaw. I don't know exactly where the recipe came from, but it has been in my family since I can remember. When ever I make it, I don't measure the ingredients; I eyeball it. Measurement are approximations. Please note the jalapeno is optional. Also, my mom sometimes makes this with apple cider vinegar or balsamic and come out great also.

    Recipe #439405

This is a Bobby Flay recipe. These potatoes are amazing! I don't remember from which show, but I'm posting it here for safe keeping.

    Recipe #439362

These little tasty morsels are sold at Legoland California. The recipe is from the San Diego Union Tribune. They are addictive. Posting for safe keeping.
